these cretans have sued me over a credit card i had paid off years earlier.  asset acceptance is their supposed client, they claim to have bought a debt from a credit card company. first i got worked over by asset acceptance for about 2 years than this hanna bunch took over. They filed a suit against me which i responded to with bank documention showing the bill had been paid. they served me with a private server then gave the court the wrong address so that when the court sent me a date to appear i never got the mail(this is a common ploy) so they get a default judgement. i contacted the court and got the judgement vacated and got a new date. when i went to court all the attorney from hanna had was a flowchart reflecting the date they recieved the paper work from asset acceptance and nothing else we went back to see the judge and hanna asked for a dismissal without predijuice so they could locate some paperwork which gave them 6 months to come back to court. needless to say they never went back to court after six months i started recieving mail from asset acceptance dunning me over the same bill. I filed a complaint with the FTC which i should have done to begin with. these people need to be put out of bussiness and a fine from goverment will not do it(just a cost of doing business) they need to be sued in a class action suit for all the undocumnented suits they have brought  over the last 6 years. If you get sued by these weasels and you don't owe their "clients" go to court and demand documentation other than a flowchart of blame with your name on it
