Fredrick J. Hanna And Associates Unethical Law firm Marietta Georgia

I was contacted by Mr Mungin who represented the "law firm." He stated that he was attempting to collect a debt that I owed four years ago. He stated that if I did not make arrangements today that he would serve me with a Summons on Jan 2. 2008. Now the interesting thing is that they have no idea where I liveso how in the hell is he going to serve with papers on January 2, 2008. Additionally, he refused to provide me with anything in writing and kept manipulating the conversation everytime I would ask him a series of questions. When I asked him what the company's web address was he asked the lady sitting next to him and she wasn't quite sure either. Finally, aftrer about 5 minutes of this foolishness, he provided this one to me www.nacra but he still wasn't sure if it was .com, .org, or .net. It turned out to be .org and when I went there to www.nacra.org, there was ABSOLUTELY no mention of Frederick. J. Hanna's law firm. Just a tid bit of info, the conversations are recorded so be careful in anything that you tell these folks.
