This dealer makes u feel welcome at first but then they just flip on u when they feel u have fo uh nd out what they r doing. They wil lie to u an thd n flip the situation an put it on u. Double even triple check your loan papers because they may not be right. If something happen they won't give u ur money back if u put any down an then come up with all these excuses. Their cars r no good.
The price u c n the auto trader will not be the price they charge u. Then they try to bully u into using their mechanic for repairs even if u don't want. All the niceness goes out the door. Buyers Beware if u can go somewhere else to buy a car u better because if not u r looking for problems lies n trouble. An this dealer love to falsify documents. All of their cars have either mechanical or cosmetic problems. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

To whom ever this may concern,
On Behalf of Freds Select Auto i would like to offer an apology if at anytime you felt you were mistreated. Secondly, i would ask that you come forward and reveal who you are so we can provide you with further asistance and/or advise as long as you have done everything that we had both agreed on. Inorder for us to be able to move forward and be on the same page we must communicate to resovle any and all complications. We feel that we go above and beyound with every customer, and we will continue to provide top notch service and care. This is the sales Manager hoping to hear from you ASAP, so we can resolve any issues.

No I am not an ex girlfriend or competitor just your worst nightmare. I was wronged an you know it. How can you sit their and type those lies. You don't give any warranty for your vehicles. Your mechanic is not that good. The service your salesmen give are horrible. All I want is the truth an I can't seem to get that from you all. I am going to do everything I can to warn people of how you do business. I first thought you all were good people but it didn't take me long to find out different. The truth will come out an I will make sure of it.

This is to whom it may concern,
The Welcoming and treatment we provide our clients is exactly what they deserve, the very best we can possibly provide. You have mentioned that we have lied and taken money but fail to identify a single circumstance in which any such accusations have ever taken place. You have also claimed that our car's are no good but fail to realize that all of our vehicles are certifed under manufacturs warrenty and must and always do go through a proper inspection by a certifed mechanic as required by law. We also do not have a profitable Representative from Freds Select Auto operating as a mechanic. At all times we try our very best to provide the best possible experience for all people we come in contact with. After reading the report It sounds as if this report was made by an angry competitor or an ex girl friend because theres alot of claims but zero facts to back them up.
