Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was looking for an apt in Seattle, WA. Fake landlord form a craigslist ad said that we had to go to this site and print out a credit report before we could see the apartment. That person gave the link to http://mysolidstateproperties.com/?Prop=someaccesscode
That site redirects to FreeCreditNation.com and they want your info, 29.95 a month, etc. It looks like you can only cancel by phone. FreeCreditNation.com has no SSL or encryption. Beware. The URL http://mysolidstateproperties.com just redirects to Google.
Shady shady.

I too received the same link from the same person regarding an apartment rental on craigslist. I contacted customer service at Free Credit Nation and reported it. I received an email back from them stating that "At a glance it does look like an affiliate working outside of the guidelines. We are looking into the matter." This morning I checked to see if the link was still active, and it was. I was directed to the credit report site. It seems that FCN cares more about generating money then protecting its users. I can't believe they let this scammer still be an affiliate.

I think it's an afiliate scam, noticed this link posted on various complaint boards. Same link but the sender's company and last name changes every few months.
