Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On top of charging you a fee for a service you can get the forms for free (their advertised fee is $19.95 with a 10% discount for using a VISA card), they charged me $29.92, which I think is truly false advertisement!!! When you do a web search for replacement Social Security cards, their website is the first on the list, which is usually the one you use. When they process their fee, their site takes you to the official Social Security site where you can download the necessary form for free, along with the instructions that you need to follow. You either have to mail the necessary papers and form or take them directly to the nearest Social Security office in your area.
