They have been illegally processing credit cards belonging to all of their clients !!!

My next door neighbor cancelled his order through FREE ENERGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD because of the lies about the panels and their performance that their salesperson told him. No way did it have 6 diodes. He had left a deposit by credit card and signed Free Energy paperwork. The deposit was processed through the merchant facilities of FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD & the Bank of Queensland. My neighbor also banked with the Bank of Queensland and after he cancelled the order FREE ENERGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD tried to get $6,000 from his credit card once again using the merchant facilities of FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD.

He saw they had captured the $6,000 (2 lots of $3,000) and it was waiting to go out of his account. By the time he raced to the Bank to cancel the card one lot of $3,000 was gone to FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD. He had to lodge a dispute with the Bank of Queensland about FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD illegally taking out the $3,000 and got the $3,000 back on his card within 7 days.

You see FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD and FREE ENERGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD or SOLAR CORPORATION AUSTRALIA PTY LTD have different directors and shareholders and when the Bank of Queensland issued the merchant facilities to FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD it was only to process transactions for clients of FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD.

This is all in a standard merchant agreement and is considered a 3rd party transaction by the bank.

HIGHLY ILLEGAL as the trading entity IS NOT "Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd trading as Free Energy Australia Pty Ltd". They are 2 SEPARATE ENTITIES

The average Joe Blow would not know this.

In short, any unsatisfied customers who have had faulty systems fitted by these companies should go to their bank and contest the credit card charge, if it shows as being processed by FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD.

MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST A FULL REFUND AS YOU HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH FAMORE BUSINESS BROKERS PTY LTD.
