Free Gas Central Complete SCAM!!! Don't let these theives get away!!! Largo Florida

I received an invitation in the mail to attend a sale at a local car dealership and I could win a price from $100 in free gas to $1000 cash!! Sounds like a good deal...right??? When I went to the dealership I gave them my invitation and he told me that I won $300 in free gas. All I had to do was fill out the registration form and send $5 to Free Gas Central in Largo, FL.

I sent the registration form and $5 to Free Gas Central. About a week later I received an email stating that they had received my form and that everything was correct. They gave me an account number and the coupons to send in my gas receipts. I loyally sent in my $100 worth of gas receipts for over 5 months. I was suppose to get a $25 gas card for each month of receipts that I sent in.

After continually sending in receipts and receiving nothing in return, I emailed the company at info@freegascentral.com. I never received another email from them. I called 1-800-514-0366 many times and either got a busy signal or a recording...I never spoke to a person. The recording that I received stated, "if you have sent in gas receipts and have not received your gas cards please wait until June and you will be receiving them in the mail. We have had a high respose to this promotion and are experiencing delays. Please do not continue to call as we are experiencing high call volumes and this will only result in longer delays in receiving your gas card."

I should have knew right then that this was a scam, but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I still continued to email, but still received nothing. I also continued to call, hoping to actually talk to a human. Finally one day I called and got a new recording, "The number you have dialed is invalid. Please check your listing and call again." Ye, I was dialing the right number...I then knew for a fact that I had just been ripped off!!!
