i WENT TO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON A FORMER PEDIATRICIAN OF MY SON'S THAT INAPPROPRIATELY TOUCHED HIM. WE ARE FILING  A LAWSUIT.  WANTED THE INFORMATION FOR THE ATTORNEY. I WENT ON THIS SITE. AND WITH IT BEING A   .ORG THOUGHT THE INFO. WOULD BE RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE.  i  PAID THE 29.95 TO OBTAIN LESS INFORMATION THAN COULD FIND ON OTHER SITES. THEN TO OBTAIN THE PREMIUM REPORT EVEN THOUGH HAD ALREADY PAID $29.95 THEY WANTED ANOTHER 19.95 FOR MORE INFORMATION.  THIS IS DECEPTIVE AT BEST BEING A ALLEGED ,ORG SITE .   SEE CORRESPONDENCE BELOW. 

ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY HAVE 55 COMPLAINTS WITH MASSACHUSETTS BBB.

I just wish for my refund.  I paid $29.95 for next to nothing other than what had already learned and then to get hit with another fee of 19.95 for a premium report ?  That is very deceptive  and will be reporting this to our attorney generals office here in IL.  Considering you claim to be a .org website, and are charging a great deal for next to nothing for the initial report at $29.95.

If this cannot be done will also as stated report you to ripoff.com and also to consumerunion.com to warn others re: your deceptive practices.

I am left with no choice but to report your company to the AG of IL as well as post on Comsumeraffairs.com and also ripioff report.com re: tthis transaction. Also regarding the lack of information one receives for the $29.95.
