 I bought a 328i bmw freedom dodge in killeen tx i payed 1500 down payment i was call and said i was approved , this was on 18 of july i was on vacation came off vacation a drove to killeen and they did not have paper work ready so i left they call me the next day and said they will deliveried the car to me which they did gave them 1500 dollars sign the contract two weeks later they told me they having a hard time financing i sent part of my income taxes my bank statment pay stubs mortgage stub , a week later they need more i told just come a pick up the car i'm not sending anything else i was done this had been going on for over a month we started this process in july and they just pick the car up 08/25/2014 but did not refund my downpayment it been so stressful every time i would talk to the salewoman she tell me everything was ok i lost 3 deal on other 328 i had sold my car now i'm walking becuse waiting to see if they gonna give me any of my money back.
