Entered into contract in July 2008 with Dan Ramirez. Most cooperative. In JUly made payment number 1 with promises of help except 3 months later and 3 payments later, no help. Creditors kept calling. Also law suit filed against me. Response for FFmgt. this is typical way credit companies operate. When I reported law suit FFmgt offered no support. Telephone calls went unanswered. Faxes were not acknowledged.
I was told my deposits $2344 were not refundable despite not action or support in 3 months

Freedom Financial Management has not and will never make the claim to "erase" credit card debt, nor have we "vanished". Our company takes great pride in our Customer Service as well as the results that we have achieved on behalf of our clients. I seriously doubt the legitimacy of a complaint such as this that states that for 3 months we never returned a call or contacted the client or that we weren't diligent in assisting this client in achieving financial freedom. Our company website can testify to the fact that we have saved our clients almost 1 million dollars in credit card debt, thus the accusations that we just take funds from our clients under a false pretense and then vanish are categorically false. These comments are at least irresponsible and at worse they are potentially libelous in nature.
