(This is being posted by Self. I do not have excess to a computer. I'm currently using my friends computer.)

Around Christmas/Holiday 2006 received what I thought was "junk" mail. Never heard of this company! Why would I need this. Letter stating if I didn't respond I would be charged. Charged for what? I never asked for anything nor did I receive anything. But a letter stating that I needed to call or I would be charged. Even though I had not given my account out? This was on a late Saturday when I opened the mail. Tried calling. They were closed. Of course, they are closed on Sunday also. Stated I would be charged starting that Sunday date. Even though they are not open nor could I call! I called first thing 10am our time as soon as they opened.

After being on hold for 20 minutes! getting run around. They were probably hoping after 20 mins of being on hold I would hang up! Finally, I'm given a confirmation number stating I would receive my $149.00 back.

Well, guess you already know..I haven't receive anything! Then I received another "junk" mail for Tele Flex stating a free calling card. By this time I had already close my banking account and opened another one. My bank informed me that that company did try to withdrawal $49.95 from my account. Again, unauthorized use of my account.

Now I am stuck fighting with my bank, BB&T. I live pay check to pay check. What money I thought I had in there--wasn't. I had been writing checks and paying bills. Then my work does an automatic deposit. So again thinking--knowing what money I had in there. WASN'T! Had been stolen!

I didn't authorize that company/companies nor did I authorize my bank to deduct from my account! Now I have over draft fees and now they are even tacking on interst. What can I do? HELP!? I don't feel this is my fault. This is a scam.

I had just moved too. On the "fraud" check that the bank showed me even had my new information on it? How? I had just moved. I had just put the change of address info in the mail. I hadn't even notified DMV yet? How is this? They had my current info on a "fraud" check from them made payable to Freedom Gold. Check # was lower than the numbers I was using. In the signature line has a stamp call number to confirm for verbal authorization or for official bank inquiries. The number I tried calling and it just goes to a voicemail box. Doesn't even state the company name? The other numbers that were stamped on the back of the check doesn't even work.

I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY MONEY ($149) TO BE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BY PHONE, MAIL, OR INTERNET.

Now I owe the bank over 500.00 due to interest and over draft fees due to this! It's not my fault.
I didn't do anything to deserve this. I work hard--over time every day in a small town area. I can not afford this! What can I do? The bank wants their money too.
I feel like I have been scammed-taken advantage of.

Again I ask. How did they get my newest information and bank account information.

There has to be something to stop them. If this is happening how is it that they stay in business. Better Business Bureau, police, FBI should be able to stop this--something.

Any help out there/suggestions on how to get money back and clear the over draft fees with my bank?

Live calls to your house start with the numbers 727-471-#### or 727-683-####. There are 8 rooms which hold 24 agents in each plus a customer service area. You can actually see what Suntasia looks like on the inside by copying and pasting their website address above to your address bar.

ALL the companies listed above have an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau. Suntasia Marketing itself according to the BBB has over 160 complaints.

The Florida Attorney General is currently investigating them for "unfair and deceptive business practices" along with illegal debiting of checking accounts for the second time in 6 years. All you have to do is go to myfloridalegal.com and type in the letters FTN in the search box to see the report. They have even hired an outside law firm to help them with this mess. That in itself is saying something.

You can also go to google and type Suntasia Marketing in the search box to see ALL the sites out there that expose these crooks.

There are steps you can take to get your money back but it's up to you to do it and always be persistent.

The first step you need to take is immediately talk to your bank b/c by law you have sixty days to dispute a charge. Banks are very well aware of these scam artists and can help or work with you to recover the money but you can't stay sitting at home waiting. The more time that passes the less rights you have to recover any money owed.

TELL THEM IMMEDIATELY BEFORE ANYMORE CHARGES ARE DEBITED. YOUR BANK WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND OPEN UP A NEW ONE.

Many people were charge for months and the bank was able to refund the last few charges that were made by SCAM-TASIA. Don't go by what the recording said b/c there is no SPECIFIC date when your so called free trial starts or ends. Let your bank know this or give them a link to this site so they can see for themselves.

Next, write Suntasia a certified CEASE and DESIST letter to their lawyer Donald Booth that you don't care to receive any more solicitations from them. Their corporate address is:

Let him know that you either didn't get the package or it arrived late and you want a FULL refund b/c you never had a chance for the free trial. Also that you are NOT interested in anything else they have to offer other than a refund b/c of the fact that the agents misrepresented themselves totally.

Also notify him that if he doesn't comply with your request for the FULL refund you will seek legal action against his company as well as contacting your local media. Trust me they've been exposed alot lately on tv and this is the last thing he needs to hear. If you also contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with them at least it assures you that Suntasia will have to respond. This is another thing they don't like to do. It forces them to give a response to the BBB and thus give back the money owed.

Third, whether you do or don't get a response contact your local tv news stations anyway. Most news channels in your area have a consumer complaint tip hotline. Go on the net and log on to their site. I know this would be a juicy story for them especially during the months of November, February and May b/c of the ratings period. They need uniques stories to get their audiences attention.

Finally, I suggest you file a complaint with your state attorney generals office and in Florida as well letting them know the situation. The more people get involved the better off we will ALL be.

Contact the Attorny General immedietly. You have been scammed and ripped off. Also, dont allow your bank to jerk u around either. Demand u speak with the head hauncho!!

Listen sweety, why dont you just use the information below to at the very least piss the owner/CEO/president of this company back!!!

His name is Donald, Donald Booth to be exact & below I will list his email and number so u can ask him directly how does it feel to be harressed? Or, ask the many different chicks who answer his line. I have reason to beleive that either his wife or lover wasnt very pleased when a woman on the other line asked for "Donald". Now Im not saying that its right to do this but certainly there is no comparison is that verse what Suntasia (Donald Booth) has done to many many others.

Just call greet the devil yourself. Its just a phone call. Or, email the crap out of his email just like they did me,you and others. How about calling there at 8:00 in the morning on a Saturday since they dont seem to have a problem with calling u that early,waking up the household & then when u dare have a problem with it, they scream back at u and cuss u out!! Do it to them!!! Well, him.lol.

Hey, at least with my suggestion I am not advocating ripping anyone off in regards to their money or banking account info, just good old fashioned paybacks. But if "Distinct Advantage" can call me bright and early,wake me up,scream into my ear,patronize and condescend me & DEMAND I speak with them after numerous hang ups all while calling me from a "private" number, I certainly feel that by suggesting a little "returned favor" to Mr. Booth and about 276287 emails is warranted. Write him a letter atop the email. On second thought, nahhh, he isnt worth the stamp.

Create an additional email, one u could care less about and spam his email and their servers. I wouldnt suggest using an email account u actually care about or get use out of though, but u can open as many yahoo or hotmail accounts as u like not to mention there are hundreds of others. I happen to use one that is free and isnt any of the ones I listed so he would be more apt to read it but feel free to use what works for u and then after opening this additional account, just write to him whatever u feel...be smarmy and sarcastic, not threatening. I could only hope that his emails would go from 50 new emails to 800 new emails all in 24 hours if enough people were to read this. lmao. I u have been ripped off, sue this guy.Take him to court.

I have never been ripped off by Suntasia, Mr. Booth or any of his affiliates however, they have attempted to do so & have woke me and my household up many times & have called my house into late hours with no regard or respect. Again, all from a "private" number. They are so extremely rude that I cannot beleive people actually do get sucked into it.

IM SO HELL BENT ON STOPPING THESE PARASITES!! I KNOW THEY WILL NEVER BE STOPPED BECAUSE NEW ONES ARE BIRTHED EVERYDAY!!
