We were sent a postcard offering complementary tickets (2) to anywhere Alaska airlines flies plus 3 day 2 night stay in a hotel. After two excruciating hours with Mike Stanfield and a lady named Kelly we were finally allowed to leave the hot rundown building. We were given vouchers that are absolutely worthless by a lady needing a bigger bra. The vouchers for airline tickets require $450.00 up front sent by certified mail. We won't be sending these scammers any money. They gave us a voucher for a free 4 day cruise but it requires $600 up front sent by certified mail. I sure hope nobody falls for their lies. It is a shame that people feel they need to prey on others ignorance to make a buck. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Clarification for Labella Destinations/Freedom Marketing

Freedom Marketing sends out a (via a third party company that does mailers throughout the US) postcards inviting people to call in about round trip airfare and hotel accommodations. We explain what we are offering and for coming in and attending a 90 minute presentation in a group setting we offer round trip airfare and hotel accommodations certificates.
We explain they are given 1 year to use the certificates. All our calls are recorded for quality assurance and we explain that they are responsible for the processing fee and taxes. Which is also printed on the postcard that is mailed out. These certificates are fulfilled through a third party, as stated on the on the postcard. We use various airlines for the incentives.
We apologize that the customer feels this experience was so excruciating. We strive on excellent service and value our customers opinion and experience at Freedom Marketing.
