FREEDOM MORTGAGE MORTGAGE PAYMENT RIG - THEY CASH OUR PAYMENT CHECKS & DO NOT INFORM US OUR PAYMENTS ARE IN "UNAPPLIED FUNDS"! INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA

Veteran's Freedom Mortgage/Loancare "default" - We refinanced Our tiny $357/month 3 1/2 year Freedom/LoanCare mortgage with only Freedom Mortgage as the loan holder after receiving an avalanche of Freedom's "lower interest rate" mailed offers.  8 months after refinance, we found six of our early payments which we were paying alongside our monthly payments cashed and without our notice, applied in a "bucket".  At no time were we allowed to accrue our 6 biweekly checks to the due date on the first of the month, and when we were notified of a continuous default status for 3 months, began a detailed bank account snapshot of every transaction.  Loansharks?  Freedom's expertise at telephone soliciting for a partial payment on demand of a routing & checking account number was attached with a credit bureau threat if the payment was not made at that time.  Strangely, the phone payment has not been calculated in our most recent April 1st balance, which reflects a large deficit ripe for default.  We now know our local bank manager in the Freedom Mortgage new requirement to provide old bank statements to substantiate with Freedom Mortgage.  The bank is in disbelief that Freedom Mortgage states our bank statements revealing Freedom Mortgage Payment timely debits are not substantial evidence of loan payment.  Today's Freedom Mortgage antic is refusal to accept a PNC Bill Pay transaction for April 1, stating to the bank their No-Electronic transaction policy.  We were also informed by Freedom Mortgage that they "don't have a wire" with our Indianapolis bank.  PNC has notified us of assistance in the event of a hassle.  We are saving every transaction with this predatory lender / Mortgage-by-Phone collection agency / 1:1 routing number/checking account hunter for May's meeting with the Indianapolis VA.
