wow where do i begin with this place. I interview with this place for a job and everything i was told in the interview was a complete lie pay,hours,everything!!! My first week working there things went down hill. One girl not even a manager just some chick who work there longer, I made a mistake just a simple mistake and this women Yelled at me like i was a child in front of my coworkers and made me sit next to her like i was a child so she could watch me like i was a kid in time out. Mind you im grown. I was completly embrassed. Then one day i wear simple shoes to work and they made me go home to change them mind you i lived 45 mins away.they didnt care. Then I noticed on my check that i wasnt getting paid my hourly rate that i was told in my interview. So i went to one of the girls to talk about it she told me to go to this person then that person gave me the run around. Being a new employee i had some stuff to learn considering i knew little about the mortgage Industry. They didnt care they treated their employees like garbage. God forbid you had any questions. Couldnt take a bathroom break more then a min without getting hunted down for a reason why you where away from you desk . then i would get bitched at for missing my 15 or lunch break by a few mins because i was on a call with a d**n customer! Tell me how stupid that is. Day in and day out basically harassing people on the phone to get them to refi their morgage. I finally had it with this place when i was told to go home to change my black shirt yess a plain black shirt. I left and decided i would not be returning to this hell hole! I feel for the customers who are being fooled in to refi with them. I feel for the employees who are forced to work long hours to be treated like s**t. Ps they have the nerve to send me a post card to refi my house. Wtf they are trying to offer me an interest rate that im already in! What a joke!
