Freedom Park Valet damaged my car and says I can't prove it Irving Texas

Freedom Park DFW Airport Valet will meet you at the airport, take your car and bring it back when you return from your trip. Two boys run the company for their daddy. 

I have used them three times.  Car is a BMW M6... not super complicated but not super simple either.  The car has a double clutch system, no "Park" setting and will roll.  

The first time I used them I noticed the electronics were jacked with, not in correct positions.  I called them to explain my concern, they assured me it wouldn't happen again.  I wanted to make sure my car was driven by someone who knew what they hell they were doing.  

Third time I use them I am waiting for valet to return car - two people pull up in my car. The girl in passenger seat was crying (she was the actual valet) and the driver was a manager that rescued her when she jacked my car up.  The explaination I got was vague... she was on an incline, stopped and the car started to roll backwards and she panicked, then every warning light came on.  I asked her what "Panicked" literally meant, like what did she do... she wasn't sure.  

The car had several warning lights, the engine was in emergency safe mode.  The manager assured me they would take care of everything and asked me to sign the ticket, aka "release". I said no thank you, let's see what you did to my car before I sign anything.  

I drove to the BMW dealer that night.

The next day the dealer said it would be about $3K to replace three items that were fried. The manager from FreedomPark called my BMW service rep, lied and said I told him to call and had them send over the paperwork estimate. I never even told FreedomPark where I took my car. I later found out the owner's son of Freedom Park told his manager to start calling around. Their intent wasn't to help but to find out how this may or may not be their fault. They even told my BMW service rep not to do anything with my car until he heard back from them. I called the next day to check on my car and found out no work had been done because these idiots told BMW to wait.  

The punk from FreedomPark denied speaking with BMW when I called then later admitted it but only to be "helpful".

The owner(s) would never take or return my calls until 5 days later. They said they were not going to do anything about my car... sorry. Their position is that nobody can prove they are responsible for the damage. So the car was fine when they took it from me, they did something to it (re: panic), and jacked up when they returned it but I can't prove they did it. 

I guess I can't prove they did it just like they can't prove they didn't do it. One thing we agree it that they did not return the car in the condition I gave it to them.  

Don't take chances with this bush-league operation. You have options at the airport, use a different service.
