Freedom Pop Shady Service Provider Internet

If you are looking for affordable cell phone service, PLEASE stay away from Freedom Pop! They have absolutely NO customer service and a website that is very deceptive and misleading.  

After waiting a solid month to actually recieve my phone, it finally arrived. I used it for two weeks and then I was informed that my "device was not recognized" on the network. So, I went to the website and figured out that I had to add money to my account. After adding $50 bucks and waiting for three hours my phone was still down. I shouldn't have had to even do this as the plan I signed up for was for Unlimited Text and Voice.

Anyway...I needed my phone ASAP, so I used my home phone to TRY and call customer service. HA! yeah 4 times at 30 minutes each time! I also emailed 3 times and tried the website again. NOTHING! I used to have Virgin Mobile and could have fixed these issues  or actually talked to someone in less than 5 minutes!

Freedom Pop needs to learn a lesson...Companies DIE by the way the treat customers! Customer service is KING! I don't care if they are a small company, they should have worked these issues out long before they launched. This company is DOOMED to fail. Look elsewhere !
