I accepted a payday loan online. No where did it state that a 3rd party site or company would be deducting $49.95 from my account. Freedom Subscriptions have done this 4 times already. I have Bank Of America and the check fraud customer service people are no help. They say things such as they can not help it is not fruad bercause they had my email address and social security number, however when the bank showed me a copy of the check it was a horrible fake. The signatures did not even match, not even close. I do not even have paper checks I use online banking and yet a paper check came through 4 times from freeedom subscription and they are still paying them from my account. I did get a "courtesy reversal" on the first one but now this has happened 3 more times. I tried to close my account and open a new one. Bank Of America opened me a new one alright but did not close the old(they said they were waiting on check fraud to even out the debit so they could) It is over a week later and nothing. Now I am overdrawn in both of my accounts. This is unfair and is stressing me out. I have had to leave work in order to go into the banking branch so I can get some help. Another thing is when you call the number given for Freedom Subscription it is always a recording and then automatically hangs up on you. This is a Rip Off.

Please file a police report, and as peviously stated file with the attorney general. It is sad that your bank won't help. this company is a complete fraud as they did the same thing to me. they caused me an overdraft fee of $35. I called and got no result stating I would have to wait 30 days to get a paper check. I gathered all my information and took it to my bank they will try and get the $49.95 back and the fee.

I chatted on line with this company little did I know i was dealing with the 3rd party company. It is really appauling to me that these people exist. I am praying that the bank will come through. I explained to them how the people got my information, He completely understood.  B of A has never had the interest of the little people. They are a big business corporation. GO back to the bank and also contact the local news channels for complaints. I don't how much you have on freedom subscriptions but I was given a mailing address of po box 52080 Sparks NV 89435. this companys physical address is 5190 Neil rd Reno NV 89502. This building is a US bank building but not aware of tenants. no listing at this loc for freedom subscriptions. If you are still paying fees you are obviously a subcriber go to their website at log in to your account and get as much info on the company as possible. after that cancel the subscription by calling 877-807-4709 which is Belfort capital a 3rd party. Why did you not get the 800 # the first time they did this and cancel the subscriptions. May

God Bless you. Please do everything with in you power to stop these people it is nothing but a scam that preys on the less fortunate. I will let you know if the bank gets my money. I told my bank they offered me a refund and told me I had to wait 30 days to get a paper check and eat the $35. also I told them I wanted proof of me requesting this service which they could not do.

Do not go on line for a check advance unless you know it is a valid company. It is bad enought you have to borrow and pay high fees. then some one takes what you don't have. I work too hard for my money. Check out the website first then cancel your subscription. unfortunely I cancelled first. then I tried the site and could not access it. Believe me There is a GOD in heaven. You will prevail.

I was in the same boat, with this company and there fraud related activity's.It is fraud
i say as well with these fake signatures.I was able to recover all lost fees from my bank
after 3 weeks of complaining to my bank.Account closed as well.I would suggest contacting the attorney general in your state.the ftc and the banking commissioner as
well quickly.i have done so on my end and will continue to file complaints on behalf
of myself and others.

please have bank of america give you the 800 3 associated with freedomsubscriptions and cancel your membership immediately. go to attorney general website in your state and file a consumer complaint. I did not even get the pay day loan however they took my money this is company is based in sparks nv with no physical address only a po box. It is really sad that this country has allowed companies such as this one to prey on the disadvantaged. do you even know what they offer? I didn't file as many consumer complaints as you can. maybe even contact your local congressman
