Freedom Subscriptions stole from me!! Internet

This so called company called freedom subscriptions took out about 50 bucks from my bank account with out my permission using a fake signature. I called them and they said they would cancel an account I never created and refund my money. After about a month I called again because I never got a check. So they did an electronic refund into my account well low and behold the following week another debit for the same thing comes out but this time it says something like goverment subscriptions. So I call this freedom place again and they said "oh yeah that is from government grants" I'll go ahead and cancel ur account and refund ur money. At this point Im livid and I tell the girl that I never agreed to this account she proceeds to tell me that I should have read all the fine print when creating my account. I never authorized anything I dont even know what this is in connection too. so they basically overdrew my account and caused me to get an overdraft fee and the bank says all they can do is put a block onto my acct. Great they steal from me and I get nothing but headaches. How can people just do this and it's okay. Obviously Im not the only one as Ive read several blogs about this fraudulent company. What can I do, besides the obvious close my acct which Im going to do but how can they get penalized for what they are doing someone help??
