I found them to be unreliable with misleading ads and unacceptable business practices.

 

Their "free" dsl is not free though it's misleading and cheap - their charges beyond the bare minimum are unconscionably high.  In fact more expensive than any other normal dsl service.

 

When I finally read the terms I asked for a refund - they were at first non responsive then they allowed me to return the unused device needed to use their service.

 

They took an unacceptably long time to issue an unwarranted partial refund without explanation.  

 

They in fact should not be doing business in Florida as they are not registered in any way I could find.

 

Slipshod and grey ethics at all levels of business.
