Sold me a phone that did not work. supposedly refurbished. Could not make calls from home using wifi or 3/4G. After multiple software and reboots still did not work properly. Tried for 3 mos finally gave up. After 4 wks or so retried with free service but did pay $2.50 for email phone still did not work. Huge disappointment. I am on Social Security and that wasted money hurt.

I think you are confused about what my complaint was. It wasn't about the customer service. They sold me a phone that didn't work, they couldn't get it to work over a period of 3 months. At no time did they say "hey we will just replace your phone and all will be good. While you had a great experience and maybe other people did too, I did not, hence my complaint.

i been a customer with Freedompop a year and this doesn't sound like them. I had a problem with the device, contacted them ion Twitter and they replaced it no questions asked. I was shocked. they are a bunch of nice people that give away free data. amazing
