I purchased a regular priced ring from FreeJewelry.com, when it arrived it was not even close to the size that I purchased. I contacted the company and after a week, someone from customer service finally got back to me.
The email stated "I am sorry for the delay, you may send the ring back to this address.... for an exchange" So I packaged the ring up very safely, paid for shipping with tracking and sent it out.
I kept track of the package until it said that the package was forwarded. I emailed the seller to ask what is going on with my exchange, that I sent it to the correct address but now it was forwarded somewhere else?
I have had no response via email, the phone number does not work and all the informational links on their website don't work. Now I am out the $12.00 I paid for the ring plus the $2.00 in shipping.
