I was contacted over the phone by "Sophie" from a so-called bank called Freeline Fidelity. They offered me a credit card of a $3000 limit for a one time fee of $299. I am a single parent with two children, so my credit has been less than perfect in the past, but I have been working very hard to repair it. So I was thrilled when I was offered this credit card.

I was hesitant at first and actually hung up the phone on Sophie. She was persistant and even had the nerve to call me back. After a lot of her lies, I finally agreed to accept this offer. If what they promised were even close to the truth, it would have been great.

After considering this offer, I called Freeline Fidelity to cancel the debit from my account. I was told by rude staff that it was too late to change my mind and that the draft was going through, but was assured that I would receive my "credit card" with in a week and "I could pay myself back".

It has been a month since they stole my money and I have received nothing. I have made several attempts to find out what is going on here, but no one has been able to give me any answers and there has never been anyone in a supervisory role to speak with.

After browsing this site today, I now realize that I was ripped off. I have reported them to the FBI and BBB via e-mail today and will close my bank account ASAP to prevent any further theft from these evil corporate giants. I will persue any and every option to get my $299 back from these thieves, because without that money, my kids won't have anything for Christmas.

It must make the mothers of all these workers proud to know that their kids are preying on innocent victims and stealing from those in need. Sophie--I hope you are sleeping well tonight knowing that you have lied and cheated me and my family out of my very hard earned money. I only hope that someone doesn't do the same thing to you--OH, but you will know better because it takes a scam artist to know a scam artist.

I hope you rot in HELL for ruining the holidays for me and my kids!!!
