Dear Sirs
I sent a report to you yesterday 29 September 2006 complaining about the FeeLotto Company and their non answer to my emails and other things and I saw from your site I was not the only one complaining about this FreeLotto system.
I went into my email site again today of course, and what do I find but yet another email from the coordinator at FreeLotto. This time showing me a letter from them saying I had won three times like the last time. This time the amounts being 50,000.00, 300.00 and 1,000,000.00 dollars respectfully. This time the letter was dated 7, 10 July 2006 and if I have read their rules correctly, if you do not claim within 30 days, and 60 days respectfully you are not entitled to any money. Do they think that I will fall for their line yet again. I have already cancelled their payments with my bank.
I have emailed them again, telling them that I had cancelled my subscription with them and my bank and asking not to contact me again because as far as I am concerned they are a rip-off.
I see from some other sites that some people do actually receive money from them, but it is a million to one chance in the first place that someone can win. But with these people, it is also another one million in one chance if you can get paid out from them or even an answer to an email or telephone call.
Can you advise me who can be contacted to complain about these people and maybe ask for an investigation to be made about them. I also see on the Google site for FreeLotto, that K J Aronin CEO of Plasmanet Inc was going last year to Scotland to try and open another FreeLotto site or even transfer his business there.
Could someone please advise me if this actually happened and if so, should we be going to the Scottish newspapers and be complaining to them about this Company also.

CLAIM OF REFUND OF SUBSCRIPTION MONIES FROM FREELOTTO.COM/PLASMANET INC
AUTHOR: Graham - (Thailand)
SUBMITTED: Monday, October 02, 2006
I had cancelled my subscription with the FeeLotto from PlasmaNet Inc through their site for cancelling and I also informed my bank not to pay them anymore money. I got confirmation from FreeLotto that it had been cancelled.
I have just been into my bank account today 3 October 2006 and I have been refunded most of my subscription money from these people.
So for anyone wishing to cancel their subscriptions, go into the FreeLotto site with their password of course and follow the instructions for cancelling, and also for not receiving any new updates.
I do offer FreeLotto an apology, I thought I would not get any money back from them.
Although not an apology for not getting any of the winnings they have told me I am entitled to. And as I have not received any winnings I still think it is a rip off.
Hopefully this will help other people who have been having trouble getting their monies back from the FreeLotto.com site.
