Freight Quote Freightquote.com Breached contract & false fraudulent overage, defrauded me $900.00 Internet

 I am still the unprotected victim of fraud here. Freightquote breached the contract by offloading my professionally loaded sensitive machinery without my knowledge or authorization. They caused real damages to my machinery by offloading it and switching it around, by an unqualified undersized forklift, onto a cheaper and belligerent stranger freight carrier, not as agreed. Later they showed up here a day late which cost me an extra day on my forklift rental $450.00. Then to top it all off, they violated my trust and grossly overcharged me without due process; even after breaching the contract, all by their fault... As provided in all of my documents with pictures, copiously submitted to the Madera FCFCU Branch; the only contract that existed outlined that I ordered Freightquote to deliver my machinery on the as loaded out original trailer; to be delivered here timely for $2,100.00 completely. Further, notice was not communicated, to be subject to any fees. I paid a professional rigger $700.00 extra to load my machinery precisely on the as provided at origin, original Freightquote Semi Trailer. It was professionally loaded out per the bill of lading, as per the load plan, all without complaint whatsoever made... No contractual provision allowed Freightquote legally to carelessly offload and switch my machinery onto another cheaper carrier. They did this illegally to gain a greater margin, as generated from a cheaper rate! They cheated me and breached the contract, all behind my back! Plus went further to brazenly falsy fabricate; all by their fault, a fake overage they made to maliciously stab me in the back! Upon which, as I demanded from them; they failed to provide specific proof or allowable detailed contractual language, enabling them to do so... Fraudulently Freightquote overcharged my credit card without firstly communicating a complaint with me to get a resolution authorization. They are well known for this activity; as reported on RipOffReport.com, now I know.. They circumvented me, overcharging my card / account an additional $900.00! This is Ludicrous and must not be allowed! This unauthorized charge by definition is fraudulent and I honorably / humbly dispute it and require full protection from it...
