Freightquote.com Freightquote Freight Services Online Shipping Unauthorized over charges Kansas City, Missouri Nationwide

I call to schedule a pick-up. The carrier show up 3 days late and my item was delivered 4 days late.
I called freightquote, A really rude lady name Brandy practically tall me to f..off. Its not her business, i should contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier, they said the same.. contact freightquote they apply the charges.
A complete repoff!
3 days later they send me an email announcing that i will be billed $280 extra because the carrier's truck had a lifting feature and non-commercial zoning. That was crazy, i have all my license and documents from the city proven that my building is reconized as commercial. I also own a fork lift which the driver didnt need to load it. I completely denied the charges, they anyway posted on my credit card with out my authorization.

There are many freight business out there but this one spetialy freighquote.com will rape you, read well thier raping policies.
