Fresh and Sweet by Valley Girls Catering is the biggest joke of a caterer that ever was in Regina.  They ripped me off and completely ruined my wedding.  When I went to them to complain, they would not talk to me and were so rude that they even hung up on me I tried to tell them how terrible the food was at my reception.  I got their candy apples and when you took a bite it was all mushy and brown inside, like they were so old.  I was using these as my favors and was so embarrassed and humiliated but that wasn't the worst.    We got some of their cupcakes to go with a wedding cake that we got and they were so dried out, it was just awful. 

When we ate the meal, the main course of panini's were soggy and just gross.  I may have been able to not be so upset, but they were so unprofessional and they were not on time.  I know sometimes people run late, but the reception guests were waiting on them...we actually had to get our guests to help them because they were so late, and the one lady begged me to not be upset and tell anyone or she would have alot of problems.  I felt bad for her but later when everyone I talked to said they had problems with Valley Girls Catering, also, I knew I had to call them.  When I tried to tell the person I talked to on the phone that I was upset, she said I had to call back and talk to someone else.  

I called 5 times before someone would talk to me.   They called me a liar and said I just over budgeted my money for my wedding and was trying to recoup some of my losses through them.  That was when I got mad!!  I wasn't even trying to get my money back.   I was just trying to let them know with constructive criticism that they should be more careful about their quality control.  They lady on the phone was so angry and rude to me.  I had heard they were struggling but decided to take a chance on them because they were a local small business.  I think it was the biggest mistake I ever made. I am writing this report to warn other brides and people to not get their catering or anything from this place.  You will be as sorry as I am.
