This company is pathetic either do what you advertised or don't do anything at all,I have seen countless complaints for your products ,people in the same boat as me order pay hard earned money and then nothing from you at all,, no response to emails nothing THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY SHOULD PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU EXPECT TO GET YOUR ITEMS OR EVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN

I ordered from fresh chocodiles on Tuesday, got an email response from them on Wednesday, and got my chocodiles on Saturday. Not the slightest problem.

I work for this Company, here's what you need to do:
1) Make sure you know your mailing address, and that you include it properly with your order. I can't tell you how many returns we get because the street address is flat out wrong. This is the #1 problem.
2) Make sure you know your email address, it's in the format of username@somedomainname.com. You might want to write it down on a post-it note and have it right there by the computer, heck, while you're at it write your mailing address on their too.
So many users fill out the form and can't tell us their receipt # or what email they ordered from and this makes it very hard to track their orders. Include a right and proper email address with every communication with us, and make sure it's the smae email you ordered with.
3) Your email might go to SPAM or BULK and vice-versa. Learn how to look in your BULK or SPAM folder for our response, and just in case your email got lost in the tubes resend it if you don't hear from us within 48 hours. We don't mind at all.
We'll get this fixed for you, just let me know what's wrong.
