There are no records of utility poles being altered and/or re-situated throughout Fresno, CA. Put altered records in front of office personnel and that is what they will support until the end. Same with the City of Fresno. Since when did the city risk analyst take charge of insisting that PG&E's poles have not been relocated. SINCE IT ACCOMPANIES FELONY ALTERING OF SEWER AND WATER LINES!

Regardless that this woman's salary is paid for by taxpayers money it is her associate, Wilbert G. Swieso, who she conspires with in annihilating innocent residents of Fresno. She repeatedly lied about the cause behind sewage back spills; she lied about the countless photographs taken prior to massive theft, vandalism, unauthorized reconstruction; she lied about unauthorized street widening; she lied about the relocation of PG&E's utility poles.

Then she recruited the city senior risk manager, Kerry Trost, in having a Restraining Order issued against me - claiming I made all of this up. The city's own records verify what these people are involved in. Not only did I see them carry out the same thing to my neighbor, who was never seen again, I uncovered a trail of burglaries, ID theft, missing persons, forged deeds, illegal conversion of assets behind their heinous operation.

I also saw the group altering the utility pole across the alley from me - they demanded that I not contact PG&E. That resulted in an additional $900 to my utility bill that month. There are witnesses to other pole altering/relocating as well.

They refer to themselves as, "people watchers." Swieso (former appraiser for the City of Fresno) and his group. They talk of extreme violation of privacy, illegal child adoption, child sex, child pornography, child sex and dismemberment of older ones (and adults), cannibalism, and more.

After running people off their property (by creating mold lawsuits, or forced into foreclosure, or ID theft, etc.), new deeds entail illegally altered property lines. Plat/parcel maps are then altered to make it appear that everything was always this way. Newcomers to the area are oblivious.
There is evidence of bringing illegals in and putting property into their names via fraudulent financing information.

Various structures throughout town burned (suspected arson) as surrounding properties are expanded and altered to cover up evidence; plat/parcel maps altered; older records mysteriously "no longer available." Old photographs stolen or scanned/altered - as though nothing changed.

Alarm systems are not enough to keep them out of our homes - they come in and re-wire and pull up flooring to get to sewer/water lines, then cover it back up - property owner remains oblivious.
Illegally altered homes continue selling as "original" because there is no record of the felony alterations - all carried out without permits or inspections; massive building and health code violations.

Unreal as it all may seem - the evidence is ALL HERE. That is why the Dept. of Public Works has prohibited me from reporting this to anyone else at the City of Fresno. Not everyone at City Hall is aware of what the Dept. of Public Works and Swieso are running. And the ones who do, are not going to admit it. But they sure seem to know enough to increase their medical benefits for the aftermath of raw sewage discharges throughout town. The fact is, Swieso has been overriding the Planning Dept. for decades, laughing at ALL the "puppets."

When you let people believe they have all the answers, or include them in a PORTION of the criminal acts, they serve to protect the MASTER criminal/s. Their focus remains on, and in discrediting the wrong person.

Wilbert G. Swieso, an insurance agent / estate planner is a former appraiser for the City of Fresno. His connections to the City of Fresno have allowed him to carry out some heinous atrocities to his insurance clients. Conspiring with the City in sewage back spills goes far beyond theft and switching of built-in cabinets. That is where most people believe it ended when done on my family's properties, therefore, my reports are being disregarded. As Mr. Swieso's former secretary, and someone who has known him 25 yrs, it was not until becoming his victim that I learned the truth about the years of sewage back spills and forgeries that accompany his offers to clients of "help with home repairs." In this case, by having chemicals administered to me without my knowledge or consent, he convinced everyone I was "crazy" and therefore necessary to step in and distribute assets. Fraudulent legal documents had been prepared, appointing himself in charge. A nightmare beyond anything imaginable has not stopped. I have remained isolated, unemployed, in fear for my life. Stripped of protection, prohibited from filing a claim for ANYTHING, receiving death threats and hints that I will soon be raped by Mr. Swieso's entourage.

40+/- yrs of illegally cross-connecting and re-routing sewer/water lines; relocating manholes and overriding the planning department with his own agenda. These were the last on the block and nearest the main line. With the citywide upgrade in progress, the City's equipment was here and with the road torn up, lines were connected. We lost our income properties, my home is now a mold-contaminated, termite-infested hell. No authorization, permits or inspections for any of this. Carried out by people who are not even licensed.

This is a con who has been destroying and running people off their property for years, followed by a trail of ID theft, missing persons, forged documents, illegal conversion of assets. Suspected arson, burglaries, much more. He was in the midst of taking 4 properties at once - that is why he involved the City. He now has them discrediting their own records in order to cover up for him. He did the same thing while the freeway was under construction - volunteering for Adopt-A-Highway when the road was torn up. They do not know what he did there. Mr. Swieso is behind forcing people into foreclosure and bankruptcy in order to clear various properties; putting people out of business and suspected arson. Also done to my neighbor who was never seen again. Signature on the deed looks like his forgery on insurance papers - linked to more fraud and missing people.

Fresno is setting on miles and miles of illegally cross-connected, clamped lines as Mr. Swieso makes plans to re-route the water. Toxic, disease-contaminated waste, flooding properties as this goes on. Pesticides for eradication of sewer roaches and sewer rats. This is what we are breathing; this is what children are playing in. For me, it resulted in ongoing illness, need for an inhaler, excruciating foot infections, mosquito infestations. My other neighbor's foot infection required amputation; deceased age 50. Fresno - where 1 in 6 school children carry inhalers. This is barbaric.

The City disregards and calls me a "liar" and "crazy" regardless of what I report. They have no right to do this when the information I have involves and jeopardizes countless others. So before Mr. Swieso and his group carry out their final plans for me, I am leaving this information here, despite how "crazy" and "impossible" it may appear to be. Residents are being violated in heinous manners. When this first began, 7 yrs ago, his associate, Jeffry C. Winslow repeatedly told me of a method using gas through vents which was how people in motels awoke to find all their belongings gone. Of course my concerns of that being done to me were scoffed at. So I never reported the many things that had been done in my home, while I was sleeping, because I knew it would only make ME look worse. As it is, my reports are disregarded as nonsense - case closed. Last week, my central air conditioning unit was switched. Again. I know who did it - he was pretending to be "helping" me when he wanted to look at the iced pipe. The foam insulation had been switched; a canister was switched and setting higher. He insisted that the foam insulation come off and as he was cutting it, slipped when he asked, "Is this the pipe that puts the gas into your vents." The following night, the pipe had been switched and the canister is now setting lower. The 2nd issue pertains to illegally relocated and replaced utility poles that are now holding 2-3 x more cables/wiring. Despite witnesses and photographs, PG&E insists they have not been moved. I personally saw the cables on the ground - Mr. Swieso and his retired PG&E friend were standing over them demanding that PG&E not be called out. They took care of it after unauthorized changes to the connecting building and I ended up with an additional $900 on my utility bill that month. Keep in mind that Mr. Swieso's project entails altering of every structure - older records verify this. Some removed; others expanded. Property lines altered. The poles HAVE to be relocated to line back up. As this goes on, there is an increase in nearby satellites, dishes, antennas. Mr. Winslow and others refer to themselves as, "People Watchers." The corruption has escalated to the point that reporting it is the biggest crime of all. Mr. Swieso is light-years ahead of everyone in how he manipulates and have people against one another. By having the City discredit me, they remain oblivious that is is how he also stays one step ahead of THEM. The utility poles to their offices are no different than anywhere else.

Mr. Swieso's entourage of "credible witnesses" is another area no one ever looked into. Although they could not appear more legitimate, they have trails of this - including so-called "family friends." Public records show the rotation pattern as well. David A. Silva, atty, who conspired in preparing the fraudulent legal documents was disbarred from practice. The City continues to support and protect Mr. Swieso, which serves to protect Mr. Winslow and the remainder of their group, leaving the entire city in great danger.

I feel I need to retract the insanity. Having been the first to get away from the former appraiser and his group before they finished what they began, my panic got the best of me. Clearly, there is no way out once targeted. One person does not stand a chance against such an operation.

Although I do not understand the lack of interest from the City of Fresno, it was wrong to blame them for ALL of this. Since the alterations are being carried out on public property as well as private property, I assumed we could work together in having this stopped. Wrong. The risk management division was not about to allow that.

It was also wrong to blame any of the other agencies for ALL of this.

As tragic as it may be - this operation is going to continue.

Unauthorized changes are happening throughout Fresno, CA.

Moving sewer lines entails walls of structures being taken down and put back up. This appears to have been going on for 40+/- yrs, behind our backs, yet right under our noses. Although new roofs with extended eaves cover most of the changes in where walls are put back, not all. The City of Fresno's sewer layout verifies the relocation of sewer lines.

To compensate for the 3' taken off the side of my family's properties on Olive Ave., which ultimately resulted in losing them, the alley was shifted to the west; the Laundromat next door was extended which balances things out. To an outsider, there is nothing unusual. No one even suspects that the property lines were altered. Unauthorized. Or that plat maps are being altered as quickly as properties are.

Walls cannot be relocated without gas meters being relocated. PG&E does not appear to be aware of this situation.

Prior to these changes, there was an easement for the public utility pole in the alley behind my house. The area was open on both ends, and can be seen on aerial views. There is now a fence going across, as though that area belongs to the property next to it. It does not appear that AT&T is aware of the situation. Again, plat map changed, as though it was always like this.

Without notice, Olive Ave. was widened. That was done during the time of the City's sewer upgrade. When the road was closed for 1 entire year and the destruction of our properties. And the relocation of our sewer lines.

Without notice, Arthur Ave., was widened, which entailed relocating sprinkler lines, switching our brick fence with trash bricks, and switching our quartz fireplace with rocks.

The former appraiser, Wilbert G. Swieso, was a volunteer for Adopt-A-Highway during the construction phase. He was buying vacant lots close to Hwy. 168 and having them excavated before re-selling - obviously, using the City's equipment. Then he resigned his position.

The City refuses to acknowledge ANY of this.

The ongoing sewage overspills and/or clamped sewer lines throughout town could possibly be contributing to e. coli. No concern.

- There appears to be a trail of severe foot infections, amputations/death caused by chemicals used for sewer roaches after excavation. No concern.
- After altering and clamping sewer lines on private property, the owner is held liable for maintaining. Tenants are known to unclamp these sewer lines in order to create mold situations they file lawsuits for. The insurance agent in the group conspires with property insurance agent(s) in cancellation of coverage, resulting in foreclosure. No concern.
- Ongoing repairs to these mold-contaminated structures may be contributing to Fresno's "mysterious" increase in foreclosures. No concern.
- The mold contamination this kind of destruction causes may be contributing to Fresno's "mysterious" escalation in asthma. No concern.
- People "disappear" as their property is taken over and their names are forged by this group. No concern.

Behind this operation is a trail of trail of fraudulent and forged (verified) legal documents, ID theft, bank fraud, mold lawsuits, fires, insurance fraud, VIN altering (verified), foreclosures, reports of poisoning (besides me), "missing" people and suspected homicide. Yet reporting this seems to be the biggest crime of all.

MASS cover up. All of it linked to the sewer upgrades now heading to Friant. Due to the sneaking, the fraud, and the horrors that accompany this operation, it cannot be legitimate. The public is entitled to know the reasons behind all this; we are entitled to be safe. We could be headed for total disaster. It was 1963 that the City filed a lawsuit in the US Supreme Court in an attempt to gain water rights at Friant. They lost. It appears that they came up with an alternative plan. Those at the core of this operation, obsessively talked of development/building of a new community at Friant. My biggest concern is not the water shortage, but that this could be linked to the dam in some way. Put nothing past this group. They are ruthless.

Once signed, claims cannot be made under a homeowner's policy for anything that is later discovered or damaged as a result of a sewer flood(s.) Refusing to sign left my belongings sitting in toxic filth for 2 days. A full-time caregiver at the time, this was beyond devastating ? I had no choice but to sign. That is when the horrors, beginning with the clean-up and repair people, began. I am now close to being left homeless.

Providing the City of Fresno with a list of addresses where this same vandalism (tile and excavating) had been carried out was not wanted, regardless than an investigation would result in finding a pattern of nearby sewer floods, ambulances (for elderly), police reports, robberies, insurance claims, law suits, fires, foreclosures, ID theft, etc. with the same cast behind it. Deed to property has questionable signatures that need to be verified. Vacant lot across street was excavated. As a matter of interest, the insurance agent (and former employee for the City of Fresno) was buying vacant lots from the City of Fresno and having them excavated before re-selling them. They are getting into the sewer lines for a reason.

At this point, due to the City of Fresno repeatedly taking responsibility for the faulty gas and sewer lines on these 4 properties, a fire or explosion would not be questioned. And that, as I have also said all along, is what it appears was (and still might) about to happen. The evidence is everywhere. Including the risk analyst's pictures that she is withholding they prove she was lying from day 1. Insurance would/will pay the multi-million dollar claim for the clean-up and reconstruction as well as belongings that were switched with inferior/broken look-alikes.

Fraudulent legal documents were already prepared, which is how this group acquires property. Verified. With all the sewer lines at my house having been replaced with rotted trash and a recent mold test indicating heavy contamination in my house as I have been left with no way to repair or protect myself from further damages, I am living in a time bomb. Also run off the rental properties due to a MOLD problem, at a loss of $1 million. Others were run off in the same manner, resulting in foreclosure. Others seem to have disappeared? as their signatures continue to be forged.

The walls of my home, inside and out, are crumbling. There are no previous layers of paint beneath these coats ? proving that all my walls were taken down and put back up. My entire house is smaller! With no witnesses or pictures to back that up, I could not sound any crazier. Trying to use aerial views as proof, proved impossible, as it appeared that nothing had been changed anywhere near here. Until recently figuring out the technique. It begins with homes being re-roofed with extended eaves on 2-4 sides. The walls are then taken down and put back up in a manner that leaves the entire structure smaller. Impossible to detect by aerial views. Had I not lived here so long, I would not have questioned the shapes, placement of driveways, trees, garages that now, could not appear more legitimate. Going back to aerial views, year by year, the slow and methodical manner this is being carried out can be seen in preparation for what is to come. Once recognized, these areas are quite easy to see ? lawns end up looking identical all brighter, same color. Awnings/tarps are a familiar sight. New cement and patchwork. What appears to be enlarged flower beds are actually the result of the house no longer standing where it once did. The perfectly aligned driveways and walkways are another clue, especially here in the Tower Dist. If I am already called a liar about what I said was done to my house, imagine reporting that this was done to nearly every house on every block, everywhere near here. I was/am the last one on my block to be taken down.

The angles at which these aerial views are taken are extremely important. For instance, my neighbor recently poisoned the grass down the entire middle of her newly-expanded driveway. She also poisoned the grass along the entire side of my house. Despite the fact that several feet of my house were taken off in addition to the alterations made to her home that turned her driveway into twice the width, she has had 2 junk vehicles parked up against my wall. In aerial views, they appear to be on her property. This latest stunt with the poison is for that same purpose it will appear that all the dead lawn is her property and that nothing has been altered. The view changes at ground level.

The City of Fresno is quick to act when they find evidence of building or upgrades being done without a permit; they don't think twice about shutting down projects or rentals that do not meet code. As they carry out an operation as despicable as this, working hand-in-hand with this group SEWER VANDALISM BEING AT THE CORE OF ALL OF IT! Building permits were not obtained in order to dismantle and rebuild any of these structures. Nor were they obtained to remove central air units from one property in order to install on another. No permits for re-roofing, electrical work, excavating, relocating sewer and/or gas lines. Aerial views DO indicate the approximate dates of these remodeling jobs the finished product has not yet been inspected. Who authorized this work. It is all part of the turnover process. 30+ years worth, by an insurance agent who once worked for the City of Fresno. Combining his expertise in both fields resulted in this. Also an estate planner whose favorite motto is, you can't live for the dead as he takes what others worked lifetimes for. Conspiring with estate attorneys and altering clients legal documents distributing assets to people whose names are being forged. Where are these people!! His associate, who forges his ex-wife # 2's name informed me I was finally going to meet her, IN ANOTHER WORLD! The insurance agent's wife (who denied knowing my neighbor who she worked with at IRS) told me she was not going to attend her sibling's funeral, just like my siblings would not be attending mine. I have a list of people I suspect were victims of these people imagine what an investigation of 30 yrs would uncover.

Or the Laundromat in the alley. These floods were being deemed the result of negligence in sewer maintenance.

Upon later seeing aerial views of these properties, I could see that whatever had gone on was all connected; the lawns had been excavated. I got my shovel and dug next to the sewer vent that until then, I could not figure out why it looked different. It had been switched. THAT was the cause of the sewer floods vandalism! This is how all of this begins. Signing the risk analyst's release form, is the trap. Once signed, claims cannot be made under a homeowner's policy for anything that is later discovered or damaged as a result of a sewer flood(s.) Refusing to sign left my belongings sitting in toxic filth for 2 days. A full-time caregiver at the time, this was beyond devastating ? I had no choice but to sign. That is when the horrors, beginning with the clean-up and repair people, began. I am now close to being left homeless.

Providing the City of Fresno with a list of addresses where this same vandalism (tile and excavating) had been carried out was not wanted, regardless than an investigation would result in finding a pattern of nearby sewer floods, ambulances (for elderly), police reports, robberies, insurance claims, law suits, fires, foreclosures, ID theft, etc. with the same cast behind it. Same risk analyst Same insurance adjuster Same life ins agent To further support my claims of the real estate portion of this, I provided verified copies of fraudulent and forged (verified) legal documents by the same parties. Out of 15 addresses, I personally know of 3 fires, several sewer floods, and 2 foreclosures. The City's only concern is in claiming "not their job" and slamming the door. After INSISTING upon taking responsibility in the beginning as they repaired surface damages. I was set up. As for the Laundromat next door, I cannot locate the owner whose building has also been vandalized in this manner walls taken down and put back up; re-roofed with extended eaves; ground dug up all around building; new cement and patches. Deed to property has questionable signatures that need to be verified. Vacant lot across street was excavated. As a matter of interest, the insurance agent (and former employee for the City of Fresno) was buying vacant lots from the City of Fresno and having them excavated before re-selling them. They are getting into the sewer lines for a reason.

At this point, due to the City of Fresno repeatedly taking responsibility for the faulty gas and sewer lines on these 4 properties, a fire or explosion would not be questioned. And that, as I have also said all along, is what it appears was (and still might) about to happen. The evidence is everywhere. Including the risk analyst's pictures that she is withholding they prove she was lying from day 1. Insurance would/will pay the multi-million dollar claim for the clean-up and reconstruction as well as belongings that were switched with inferior/broken look-alikes.

Fraudulent legal documents were already prepared, which is how this group acquires property. Verified. With all the sewer lines at my house having been replaced with rotted trash and a recent mold test indicating heavy contamination in my house as I have been left with no way to repair or protect myself from further damages, I am living in a time bomb. Also run off the rental properties due to a MOLD problem, at a loss of $1 million. Others were run off in the same manner, resulting in foreclosure. Others seem to have disappeared? as their signatures continue to be forged.

The walls of my home, inside and out, are crumbling. There are no previous layers of paint beneath these coats ? proving that all my walls were taken down and put back up. My entire house is smaller! With no witnesses or pictures to back that up, I could not sound any crazier. Trying to use aerial views as proof, proved impossible, as it appeared that nothing had been changed anywhere near here. Until recently figuring out the technique. It begins with homes being re-roofed with extended eaves on 2-4 sides. The walls are then taken down and put back up in a manner that leaves the entire structure smaller. Impossible to detect by aerial views. Had I not lived here so long, I would not have questioned the shapes, placement of driveways, trees, garages that now, could not appear more legitimate. Going back to aerial views, year by year, the slow and methodical manner this is being carried out can be seen in preparation for what is to come. Once recognized, these areas are quite easy to see ? lawns end up looking identical all brighter, same color. Awnings/tarps are a familiar sight. New cement and patchwork. What appears to be enlarged flower beds are actually the result of the house no longer standing where it once did. The perfectly aligned driveways and walkways are another clue, especially here in the Tower Dist. If I am already called a liar about what I said was done to my house, imagine reporting that this was done to nearly every house on every block, everywhere near here. I was/am the last one on my block to be taken down.

The angles at which these aerial views are taken are extremely important. For instance, my neighbor recently poisoned the grass down the entire middle of her newly-expanded driveway. She also poisoned the grass along the entire side of my house. Despite the fact that several feet of my house were taken off in addition to the alterations made to her home that turned her driveway into twice the width, she has had 2 junk vehicles parked up against my wall. In aerial views, they appear to be on her property. This latest stunt with the poison is for that same purpose it will appear that all the dead lawn is her property and that nothing has been altered. The view changes at ground level.

The City of Fresno is quick to act when they find evidence of building or upgrades being done without a permit; they don't think twice about shutting down projects or rentals that do not meet code. As they carry out an operation as despicable as this, working hand-in-hand with this group SEWER VANDALISM BEING AT THE CORE OF ALL OF IT! Building permits were not obtained in order to dismantle and rebuild any of these structures. Nor were they obtained to remove central air units from one property in order to install on another. No permits for re-roofing, electrical work, excavating, relocating sewer and/or gas lines. Aerial views DO indicate the approximate dates of these remodeling jobs the finished product has not yet been inspected. Who authorized this work. It is all part of the turnover process. 30+ years worth, by an insurance agent who once worked for the City of Fresno. Combining his expertise in both fields resulted in this. Also an estate planner whose favorite motto is, you can't live for the dead as he takes what others worked lifetimes for. Conspiring with estate attorneys and altering clients legal documents distributing assets to people whose names are being forged. Where are these people!! His associate, who forges his ex-wife # 2's name informed me I was finally going to meet her, IN ANOTHER WORLD! The insurance agent's wife (who denied knowing my neighbor who she worked with at IRS) told me she was not going to attend her sibling's funeral, just like my siblings would not be attending mine. I have a list of people I suspect were victims of these people imagine what an investigation of 30 yrs would uncover.

To continue being called a liar and crazy by law enforcement is no longer acceptable. Every citizen of Fresno is in danger as a result of what this group is running. Sewer vandalism is a very serious crime for many reasons. Lawns and new cement need to be picked back up to see what is being done. I believe it will be found that this operation is behind millions of dollars worth of sewer repairs/upgrades as well as Fresno's so-called, ?water shortage.

It is affecting our farmlands and appears to be tied into the current water issue headed toward Table Mtn. where the ringleaders ?own? property ? and where the fraud has already begun. With homes in Fresno being filled by people involved in this, carrying out financial fraud that will never be detected unless this is investigated, the building continues to move north, as though it is ?needed.? WATER is needed to continue building. And the horrors that accompany that.

Unless this is looked into, Fresno could be headed for a worst disaster than has already been incurred as a result of this group.

In the past, complaints made regarding my postal mail not being received, being opened prior to delivery, or contents switched with UPS packages did not result in anything. Reporting one postal employee as a danger to the public was disregarded. Reporting that a small, nearby post office was allowing people to access my post office box was also disregarded; I had to let the post office box go.

Upon seeing major damages to my home, which had been carried out while I was at work, I asked 2-3 postal carriers if they had seen anything. They said no. I have since uncovered evidence that would indicate they could not have possibly missed what went on here, or anywhere else in the area. My house is only one of countless homes that have been vandalized in the same manner. See attached.

I have enclosed some pictures that verify the involvement of 1 postal employee as well as 1 UPS employee in an operation that continues to destroy countless lives. The alterations to my neighbor's house are shown in the enclosed. Notice the same procedure being carried out at the house next door to her. That is where her sister, a mail carrier, lives. Margaret Wxxxxxxx. She doesn't own the home, yet felt entitled to have it vandalized in this manner. This is what has been done to every home/store/structure in the area. Including their parent's home, around the corner father is a minister.

On the other side of me is the home I grew up in the one my family owned until this group ran us off. The tenant, Julian Bxxxxxx, is an employee of UPS. He too, claims not to have seen or heard anything.

This operation is linked to real estate theft, insurance fraud, forgery, ID theft, VIN altering, suspected arson, suspected homicide, and of course, intercepting U.S. mail. It is not possible that either of these people did not see what transpired it could not have been carried out without their assistance. They are involved in what appears to be the largest ring to have ever been created in the Central Valley. One that has been spreading throughout Fresno for over 30 yrs.

Dishonest, evil, dangerous, and taking what others worked lifetimes for. This is another example of how closely I am kept monitored. Aside from my computer being networked and phones tapped, my mail is intercepted in order to prevent me from seeking help or reporting this operation. They need to be stopped and held accountable.

Enclosed is a copy of an ongoing and very serious situation involving fraud. The next-door neighbor mentioned is one of your employees, Roberta Bobbie Cxxxxxx. Ms. Cxxxxxx has been my neighbor for 16 yrs. While believing that she and her family were my friends, this is what they had been conspiring the entire 16 yrs.

Ms. Cxxxxxx denies any knowledge or participation in what was done to my family members, our property, belongings or me. She goes as far as to claim she did not see or hear anything, which would have been impossible. Especially since it entails major reconstruction on both our homes. What was done to mine, was carried out without my knowledge or consent. Mr. Cxxxxxx claims not to know Robert A. Kxxxxx, someone who lied and cheated the IRS of $130,000+ in his 1994 Offer to Compromise. Not true. She and Wxxxx Sxxxxx, a retired employee of the IRS who she also claims not to know, are the people I now realize Mr. Kxxxxx was referring to when he said he had friends among the IRS who instructed him on how to carry that out. (My reports at that time were disregarded.) Ms. Cxxxxxx had no comment when I told her about using an r.f. detector in my bedroom to look for hidden cameras and hearing her son yell, she found it as he took off in his truck. I have been informed that humiliating videos of me (while being poisoned) have been distributed throughout the neighborhood as well as to people I have known since childhood. Severing all ties to me was/is necessary in carrying this operation out. They succeeded in doing that.

Not mentioned in the enclosed copy is a health situation that after 52 yrs, I developed for reasons that drs cannot find a cause for recurring swelling, infection, and excruciating pain in my feet. It developed at the same time Ms. Cxxxxxx's husband had the same symptoms, resulting in foot amputation and subsequent death. Although he had diabetes and a number of other health issues, I believe it is possible that repeated sewer floods on my property, in combination with my 60+-year old lawn being excavated without my knowledge or consent, may have created a toxic reaction. Perhaps even the chemicals the Cxxxxxxs were having sprayed as a result of roaches coming up from the ground. (Excavating causes that.) Since informing Ms. Cxxxxxx of my concerns regarding the safety and well being of all the children at her house on a daily basis, I have rarely seen or heard them. She is concerned enough to keep them from the daily visits they once enjoyed, but not enough to find out if this is indeed a health issue or possibly contributed to her husband's death. I find that quite odd since 1 of the 2 ringleaders in this repeatedly brought up the topic of amputation, including the names of those who had already undergone such surgeries. While another person Ms. Cxxxxxx claims not to know, began advising me how dangerous it was to walk on my own lawn barefoot. I have lived here my entire life and never had these problems until this situation. Ms. Cxxxxxx's lack of concern as to whether or not her so-called friends contributed to the death of her husband is certainly her own business. It became my business when I was left with no doubt that these people were behind the deaths of my family members as well as many others. That will never be proven without these other crimes being looked into. That is why I am sending a copy of this to you. If any of the following activities are considered IRS crimes, I will provide evidence to back it up: Elder abuse, real estate theft, insurance fraud, sewer vandalism, VIN altering, forgery, ID theft, poisoning, hidden cameras, infringement and reconstruction of another person's property, suspected arson, suspected homicide.

This was going on when I was a full-time caregiver. Money needed for medical necessities was being poured out in ongoing tenant nightmares that I later learned were connected to Ms. Cxxxxxx and her group. I ended up mortgaging my home in an attempt to save my family's estate properties that this group succeeded in running us off, at a loss of $1 million.

I have been left unemployed, living in fear of my life, in a hell I once called home. I need help not only in having this woman held responsible for her crimes but in getting my bookkeeping/taxes back in order. This is an operation that entails estate planners and estate attorneys who conspire in cheating and altering client's final wishes. I was coerced into signing fraudulent legal documents and given wrongful bookkeeping instructions. Trying to reverse and untangle this mess is impossible without my bookkeeping that has been missing for quite some time. I have been so overwhelmed with all of this that I am being buried in more problems. I cannot possibly survive this without help.

In the meantime, Ms. Cxxxxxx needs to understand that what was done to my home, is no longer something she can continue to deny knowing about. She managed to get by with it for this period of time due to how things were being covered up, in addition to what was done to me, which left me oblivious to what was right in front of me. I will appreciate any help you may be able to provide and look forward to hearing back from you.

Providing you with countless reports of insurance fraud and corruption for over 3 yrs was useless. You found nothing wrong in any of it. From a life insurance agent/estate planner whose favorite motto is, you can't live for the dead conspiring with estate attorneys in disrespecting clients final wishes by altering their legal documents, to distributing their assets to beneficiaries whose names were/are being forged! From sneaking behind my back and conspiring with my property insurance agent resulting in cancellation as a MOLD problem took over that was created by HIM! An entourage on hand, stripping client's homes in preparation for what is to come. Destroying lives and taking what others worked lifetimes for. Verified VIN altering, fraudulent legal documents, verified forgery, title fraud, and all the other associated horrors, you stood behind all of it. Not your job. No crime committed.

There were many crimes committed, Ms. Saenz. Including the deaths of my family members, as well as this group poisoning me in order to rob and destroy my life, with intentions of much worse. I have the trail. It was uncovered as a result of what this group did to me so do not imply that I don't know what in hell they are or what they do. That is one thing I know FIRST HAND.

You are another danger who needs to be investigated. In the meantime, feel free to let the rest of the public know what entitles you to remain in your position with the Dept. of Insurance, determining who is or is not entitled to basic human rights. Or it would appear that you are part of this operation. The same one I have reported to you, countless times!

For over 3 yrs I reported corrupt realtors, forged legal documents, title fraud, corrupt title company(s). I explained the horrors that were associated with all of this fraud. You continued to stand behind all of it you saw nothing wrong and refused to look into anything. So I finally came to the conclusion that it was YOU who needs to be investigated, Mr. Sweeney. What was done to my family members, our property, belongings and me is not something I consider to be as insignificant as you do. Nor the countless others who are not here to tell their story. The ones who worked and made sacrifices for what they had. No one was entitled to take their property by fraud either. Or forge their names. Their names continue to be forged, Mr. Sweeney. Where are these people and why is this being allowed.

In the past, you have disregarded me until I reported you to your superiors, who requested that you acknowledge me. I am not going to waste my time again, Mr. Sweeney. By now, your rude comments mean nothing to me. But I am sure that the rest of the public might be interested in knowing why you would condone such actions as described in this letter. Especially when informed of the accompanying horrors.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it appears that you may be involved in one of the biggest and most corrupt real estate rings to have ever been in existence. Why else would someone in your position stand behind financial fraud, misrepresentation, fraudulent legal documents, forgery, title company stalling escrow for 1 yr due to fraud, corrupt realtors who do not carry out their fiduciary responsibilities, escrow ending with more fraudulent legal documents.
