FriendTools Unresponsive to Registry Problem Internet

I purchased FriendTools from an on-line provider of the product. I have waited 36 hours so far for the register key. The report ticket I have on file with the company shows the request completed, however, even after checking my spam filters on my email address, I have not received any correspondence from the help desk.

Though, I did read that the support desk only operates online, I would have hoped for a quicker response time.

I now have a product that I have purchased, but am unable to use.

I've also noticed that the instruction section for the product does not appear user friendly.

I am being proactive in reporting this, because if the problem is not resolved, I refuse to be a hapless internet scam victim.

I hope that this is not the case.

Still, my money was accepted immediately, however, the product is still not mine to use.
