Blue Oval Certified?? These are my experiences with Frits Ford.
When purchasing my truck the salesman made many sexual innuendos such as "ever see cars with scratches down the side? Thats from people going into the orange groves for nooners. Wanna take this truck in the orange groves?"

When the paperwork was drawn up for the truck, the clek mistakenly entered one number wrong for the transfer of title on my trade-in resulting in continued fines from the 91 fast track company.

When I purchased my new truck, Frits Ford had already put on new tires and rims (one inch bigger) when I went in for an alignment, the service rep said my warranty was voided because of the tires THEY PUT ON!

When I went in at 35,000 miles to have numerous little problems fixed they took over 10 days and did not fix many of the problems (they couldn't understand what I was talking about, even though I have over 15 years experience in the automotive field).

One problem is a leak in the rear housing, which they do not want to fix correctly (they would have to pull the whole tranny) and now has a "roar" sound which means my trans is ruined.

FRITT'S FORD - THE DEALERSHIP SUCKS !!!

I was unfortunate enough to have purchased a 2000 Ford Taurus LX from this dealership about two years ago. It was the worst mistake I made. Not only buyng a FORD, but from Fritt's Ford. The car had constant problems: oil pan leaked, sensors going out, ... with the biggest being a constant shimmey in the front end. They actually put 3 sets of new tires on to make the shimmey (or me) go away.It still had a shimmey that no one could fix!!

After about 20 + trips for various repairs, being completly blown off by Mrs. Fritt's and the General Sales manager, who by the way will lie to cover his butt, being ignored by Ford Motor Company about my complaints on the car and the crappy dealership service, I finally traded the car in.

I cut my losses, and bought a CHEVY !!! Besides the poor quality of automobiles Fritt's passes on to consumers, the management lies and doesn't care about your complaints once they have your money, and the service department likes to treat women as if their stupid.I can see no reason to ever do business with this dealership and will warn anyone I come across to STAY AWAY !!! Don't be a victim like I was !!

I have dealt with Fritt's Ford for over 20 years.
They are the closest dealer to us. But anytime I have had service or repair it is never done right. I always have to take it back to get things fixed right. I would rather take it to Citrus Ford (No I do not work for Citrus). I work in Orange County. Citrus Ford has a much more professional service and repair department. If possible I will not take another vechile to Fritt's for repair or service. Plus they change their service advisor as often as they change their underwear.

I cannot believe what I'm reading! We did not purchase my daughter's Focus at Fritz, but they get ALL of our service business because they are so honest and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. We live in Corona but are willing to make the drive to Riverside just for the capable and friendly service. Everyone from the Customer Care Manager, to the parts people, to the service cashiers are cheerful and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we are satisfied. I have had so many bad experiences with other dealerships that I am extremely thankful to have found one that does it right!

First of all, Spell FRITT'S FORD RIGHT!!!!!! I think you are a liar. I have bought and leased several cars from them (from different salespeople) and have never been subjected to something like this.

I agree, I think you work for Raceway Ford. They have been caught slandering Fritt's before! You need a life, obviously.
