Frivolous Necessitease Failure to Deliver or Respond Las Vegas, Nevada

I ordered an item from their website on Dec. 8, 2011, received a confirmation of the order but have heard nothing about whether it had shipped or not and I can't get a response to my e-mails or a call back from the voicemail message I left on their phone. It doesn't appear that I have been charged for the item I ordered but now worry if this website is some sort of scam.  I don't think it's good business to not let people know what became of their order or not to respond to their inquiries.  Using the tracking link in the confirmation e-mail doesn't provide any information about whether the item has shipped.  This was going to be a Christmas present and now I have to go out and get something else.  I will never order from this site again.
