Frontier Bank as their previous Co Name FDIC took over by Union Bank The Private Bank Outrageous pay out to Realty for our Property Maintenance & being Rip Off left & Right working together with the LAWYERs in charge for our Estate issuing unnecessary over charge payment Everett Washington

Since 2007 when our Mother passed away..she has been terminally ill with lung cancer, the lawyers Montgomery & Perdue Blankinship & Austin..has been ripping our mother & father for years..now us..along with the Union Bank Trust they designated with our mother at the time prior to her passing..None of us beneficiary has been keeping in the dark & were not aware of their power for our very ill mother to sign over our Estate to Administered & Manage..we didn't have any powers nor any knowledge or for these attorneys to advise us of our rights..all we keep receiving in the mail of what's being done, division of 3-4 Trust Funds into Individual Shares & the amount of the Probate Federal & State Taxes of 7 Million dollars..We paid most but had to borrow $2Million from Frontier Bank now Union Bank to pay off the Probate on time..however, we were overpaid & Federal refunded some $255,000 & this should have been paid part of the $2Million loan back to Frontier..instead they used it on other services & to pay themselves & the lawyers for other out of the nowhere unnecessay attorney fees & services..the other outrage incident..they sold & projected what other commercial & residential condominiums to be disposed & sold to pay back the $2Million loan on time..however..the sale of one of the commercial property in Queen Anne could have paid off this loan by now but due to CONFLICT of Interest"..Frontier Bank agreed to lend us the $2 Million at the 7% interest in lieu of borrowing from other outside Banks or financial Institue..pure violation of "Conflict of Interest" the Trustees for Frontier Bank & Montgomery & Perdue Blankinship the lawyers..both agreed to borrow from them without our knowledge & agreement. The previous attorney which is our own Cousin who handled our Trust & Estate in the past, we did ask for his Resignation due to Conflict of Interest & favor our father & broke all the laws by not distributed us the Trust income we were entitle to..he resigned due to that, he filed & SEALed the COURT file for that incident before he recommended his own partnership Montgomery & Perdue Blankinship to carry over his rip off ACCOUNT which is our Estate.

We are hereby wish to a full investigation & need your consumer FBI investigation of these Trusts & Law Firms..we have tons of e-mails correspondences with the Banks & the Law firm to get invoices & detail itemize bills to all charges but no responses & very limited infos given. We also have all the contested bank statements monthly showing these outrageous un necessary service charges to our Estate account we have all the documents and significant evidence to open up any Audit & an investigation to get some Resolutions & Answers & maybe help other citizens that are Victimize by this set Laws..provisions that have been violated & taken for granted for years..Thanks very much Look forward hearing from you.
