Frontier Communications A Citizens Company Aka Frontier Telephone Of Rochester Account Sabotage Rochester New York

I have had nothing but major problems with Frontier Communications. I recently moved and my service was prematurely disconnected and being disabled I need access to a phone. I was left without a dial tone on that occasion for over 48 hours back in January. When the time came for them to move my service they moved my DSL but not my phone line. Now how can I have DSL without a phone line I asked them? They dropped the ball and claimed I never placed an order to move my phone service, which I did and I even had the name of the rep that placed the order to move my services. A couple years prior, the same exact thing had occurred so I was ready for a mix up again!!

I contacted Time Warner and placed an order with them to take over my phone and DSL as of February 20, 2009. Frontier once again sabotaged my account by prematurely disconnecting me on February 19th and leaving me again without a dial tone. They had no right to do this as my bill was paid! I was unable to even dial 911 and I have a small child with a heart condition! At first they claimed that Time Warner took over my lines early, which I called them and they had not! Then they claimed there were problems in the area, and finally they just kept transferring me around the company, passing the buck as I call it. I had to file an FCC complaint referencing Free Market as they were trying to prohibit Time Warner from getting my business. They had the audacity to offer me a credit for $2. Meanwhile, I had to incur charges on my neighbor's cell phone just to call these idiots to see what was going on with my account!

Long story short, Frontier doesn't care about their customers!! I will never do business with this company again and so far I have told everyone I come into contact with about my ordeal!!
