Frontier Legal Plans Freedom Legal Scam/Ripoff/Lied To/Taken Advantage Of Miami, Florida

I was ripped off by Frontier Legal Plans (aka Freedom Legal). Having paid them $750 per month for one year, to find out they are a bunch of scammers. These people told me they would get my loan restructured, not modified. That any missed mortgage payments would disappear. These people lied and cheated me out of my money ($8250). Whenever I would fax them paperwork, they claimed they never received it despite the fact that I knew that the faxes had indeed gone through.

I found out I had been scammed when Bank of America sent me a modification pack, for which Freedom Legal had no clue this had been done. Bank of America has since told me that Izen Mendez (the paralegal I was working with from Litvin, Torrens & Associates L.L.C.) hadn't been returning any calls to them regarding my so called "restructure".

I came close to losing a home I'd lived in for 44 years, and raised a family of 4 in, because of these people who are taking advantage of the public.

Something should be done. People, do NOT use Frontier Legal / Freedom Legal or anyone associated with them, because they will rip you off. Try to work things out personally with your bank or get a private (local) lawyer to represent you. Keep your money, do not give it to these ripoffs.
