Paradise, California

In an attempt to avoid redundancy, everything I've just read on the the prior statements has just happened to me. I ordered some natural diet pills in January that I have never received. I've been very busy and distracted for the past few weeks and failed to notice I had been victimized by this pharmacy scam.

I just spoke with Andy at the 866-733-0577 number. Andy told me he would be happy to remove the $20.95 charges form my bank card that I just found today and he also reassured me that no other charges would be found. Unfortunately, it took me less than a minute and 5 entries to locate another charge for the same amt. and then another and finally the one for $65.00 for the prescription that I have never received.

Between every entire i found I called a surprised Andy back and although he remained fairly polite, after the first 2 he was no longer authorized to remove any more charges from my acct. he happily gave me the "direct line" to the pharmacy. You all know the rest.

I feel like a sheep. I only have one credit card, which I use to do all my online banking, and I totally dread the hoop jumping I have to look forward too! I will however do all the jumping necessary to get my money back. I can't afford not to!

Frontierpharmacies.com is mail order pharmacy and only bill third party payers.

AUTHOR: Frontier Pharmacy Info@frontierpharmacies.com - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 19, 2008

Frontierpharmacies.com is a mail order pharmacy that works with websites to fulfill your medication requested. On most situations, you were billed by the website you order from.

As of April 16th, 2008, we do no longer work with the websites that most customers ordered from, therefore we have no way of crediting or refunding charges. Our suggestion is to contact the credit card company or bank you used to pay your order with and ask to dispute the charges. You will most likely get an immediate credit posted to your account and the credit card company or bank will contact the company that billed you and ask for them to prove that services were rendered.

If you do have a pending approved order with us, you will receive a separate email instructing you on how to obtain it.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience, and we are doing everything we can to help.

Thanks!
