Last Sat. around 3-4 pm on 7/7/12 I tried to return 2 unopened  food items without a receipt & got interrogated with a ton of questions from cus.service employee even though 1 item was a kroger item.

So I asked to speak to mgr. .He also asked me several questions & then scanned one item & said it was never purchased there but it was.

So  then he said nothing after that & did not refund my money so I left with the 2 items & took them back to my car.

I went back into the store because I had forgot to pick up my prescription & then I saw the mgr. who refused to refund my money even though they were unopened so I decided to walk up close enough to look at his name tag but there wasn't one so I asked him his name & he said "Brian."

He then asked me where the 2 items were & I said the "car".

And then he said he had me on tape stealing the items & he was going to call the police.

I decided to leave but it a crock that he had the audacity to accuse me of committing a serious crime & publicly humiliated. me.

If Fry's was smart they would terminate him for falsely accusing me.
 And I will be looking at legal options.

And if they keep him employed then the jerk will just feel emboldened with power & keep on lying & intimidating older women.

And the moron will just drive away customers.

He is a disgrace & apparently his power has gone to his head & his ego is as big as the universe.

They Arrested My Mentally Disabled Wife

My wife is certified by the State of Arizona as Seriuosly Disabled Mentally.  She pushed her cart over the door line and acosted by instore security!  Gilbert Police arrested her.  We provided the Arizona Mental Disability documents and a letter from her MD Phsychritrist.   We confronted the President of the region, Steve Mc Kenny, the OPerations Director, and the Loss Prevention Manager.  

They had no issue with abusing a mentally disabled women.  

The Police valiudated thet she did not even have a parking ticket on her 50 years of being an American Citizen.  She has no idea what had happenbed!  We will take this issue to the highest court!

About a month ago I went back to this Frys store & saw the hispanic woman who yelled at me & repeatedly ordered me out of this store working in the customer service areas. I called yesterday & asked to speak to Brian the asst. mgr. so he is apparently working there also. Apparently Frys sanctions bad, terrible, rude & outrageous behavior by their store asst. mgr. & fellow cohort employee.

In the future I have plans to walk back into the store & other Frys but this time I will fully protect myself & will be able to prove my allegations if something like this happens again. Brian the mgr. is one cool temperd man that apparently was simmered inside with rage when I only asked him his name.... WOW....I found out by my lawyer  if this bozo employee would of filed a false police report he would of been in MAJOR trouble with the police. All I can say is these 2 employees will try to work together 2 against 1 against the customer to be able to be each other witnesses & lie to police.

I found out from my lawyer if I would of stayed around though I was innocent( & they would of said I was being accused of some kind of trumped up charge like disorderly conduct & these 2 idiots would of testified as such I would of been arrested...it was a very good thing I left the store ) & the police came & the employees knew there was no tape of me stealing because I have sinced said many times that I would take a lie detector of what was said but frys didn't care & CHOSE to believe their employees.

I recommend when talking to Brian the asst. mgr. or the customer service area I would protect yourself or they win again for terrible, customer relations. Apparently these 2 are a master of kissing the backside of mgt. at Frys since I even wrote the president of Krogers which is David Dillion. Believe me this with never happen to me again....ever because I will be prepared for their shenagains next time. This kind of thing HAS NEVER happened to me & I am completely innocent but they're not.

I figured the fing jerkoffs were going to make up some lie such as i was creating a scene etc. & try to get me arrested for disorderly conduct.

I recently talked to a lawyer & said I had no case but I would of if Brian the mgr. would of filled out a false police report but I think if I would of stayed around he & his a## hole coworker that was acting like a witness for him & the f. a## that ordered me out of the stored cuz she somehow FELT POWERFUL...

I ended up raising alot of cain cuz no one will get by treating me unjustly if I can do something about it.

So I have made all kinds of complaints to Kroger.com & the store mgr. called me 2 days later & offered me a 50. gift card which she sent.

The head person who is the top loss prevention official at Krogers in Ohio called & apologized & I just got through writing a letter to David Dillion who is the CEO of Krogers.

I tried to speak to him personally but they wouldn't talk to me.

If Frys is stupid enough to keep these 2 idiots who think they can push a petite, 57 yr. old woman who has shopped at Frys for 39 yrs. then they keep their EGO EMPOWERED jerkoffs all they want.

I know one thing if they can by it doing to me & they didn't get fired then they should know these employees are a definite liability  for the co.

I even offered to take a lie detector repeatedly & the loss prevention official said " ma am i believe you but I am sure they have me on tape a couple of times cuz i had to go to pick up my pres. later that was already filled before this fiasco took place.

I believe what goes around comes around eventually...

I would have told him to "go ahead and call the police!  In fact, I demand it!".  Then you could have sued Frys for false arrest and numerous other charges I'm sure.  I hate a**holes like that and do everything I can to call their bluff any chance I get.

No I was falsely accused after I asked the mgr. Brian his name. 
5 min. before when I was at the customer service desk he never accused me of stealing the 2 itmes only after I asked him his name.

Also, I have made several calls to Kroger & wrote several emails to them.

The store mgr. called me on mon.on 7/9/12 & the slanderous accusation by Brian the mgr. was on 7/7/12. She was nice & aplogetic but I want justice because if he can do that to a  petite 57 yr. old woman he could try to intimidate & slander & falsely accuse others.

It was slander, public humiliation & false accusations of theft which I take very seriously.

I am seeking legal counsel now & I want a top state Fry official to go to the store & have Brian show that I stole anything that day or any day & If they can prove I stole anything from that store they can call the police to arrest me & if the tapes prove I was falsely accused by Brian the mgr. then they should terminate him because he has no right to falsely accuse of anyone a crime & his coworker that was standing by him that was angrily ordering me out of the store should also be terminated.

The 3 people I encountered exhibited an attitude it was them against the customers.

And I will not tolerate slander & false accusations of commtting a crime by anyone unless they can 100% prove it.

I have never even had a speeding ticket & I have shopped at Frys for almost 40 yrs.

Shame on Frys for employing associates that are the WORST employees that I have encountered in my life.

If Frys Keeps them on their payroll because they will see all this stuff on their surveillance tape then they will drive customers away & these employees especially Brian the mgr. will feel embolden with power to do it again & again..

But I am contacting attorneys today to see what my rights are.
