FTC Energy is marketing device that claims to produce more energy than it takes to run. It sells for over $1000. FTC Energy claims the motor/generator is a zero cogging motor. FTC Energy shows pictures of the inside of the motor with coils and magnets. FTC claims only 373 watts in to to drive the motor and 750 watts of excess power out of this motor.
FTC energy does not provide any real explanation to this phenomena. The website shows that FTC has applied for a patent. FTC Energy has another website, www.racecom.com which sells horse race betting software. Racecom has a youtube account with deceptive videos that they claim is proof of how this concept works but the videos do not provide any real information that could be used to provide this proof. Due to the real lack of information, I can only assess that this is a form of fraud based marketing practices.

FTC Energy is a MAJOR SCAM.
They took my employer in Hawaii for over $300,000 that he paid for Vertical Axis Wind Turbines but never delvered (they sent 1 that never worked and a "model." Then their representative JEFF FELT took off with a $30,000 loan from my employer he loaned him to buy a condo in Colorado. We have tried all ways to get the money back. They are CON ARTISTS. Stay away.

Hey, i came here to ripoff report dot com, to see if anyone had gotten ripped off from this particular company.
i am thinking about getting a high output alternator myself, and i am in no way connected to, employed by, associated with, or the owner of this company in question.. i have no axe to grind, and no dog in this fight...
That being said, i want to say, that i am more suspicious of YOUR (the poster's) INTENTIONS, than i am of this company... Especially since you are the ONLY one that has posted anything at all about this company..
Furthermore, according to your own words, YOU have NOT PURCHASED, nor have you even PHYSICALLY SEEN, and touched (with your own hands) the PRODUCT involved here..
So your "assessment" of this company, and of its products is suspect (to me) at best..
Now, if you had purchased said product from this company, and had PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE, and could SWEAR to a CERTAINTY that "this is a ripoff", then that would be a whole different ball game..
i think the best thing that could happen, would be if someone that BOUGHT the product did a video for youtube, and showed a BENCH TEST, with the EXACT number of rpm's. and the corresponding voltage and amperage output...
i do agree with you though, that companies do make all kinds of wild claims, as to what their product will do, when we have only their "word" to go on... not good..
i don't know if that company called, "Consumer Reports" still exists, but if they do, then i would love to see what they have to say about ALL these different types of Permanent Magnet Alternator/Generators...
