Last Mother's Day I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on or before Mother's day.  The website offered guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day and I received an email confirming that delivery would be made on or before Mother's Day.  The flowers were not delivered until Tuesday after Mother's Day.  I called customer service to let them know how unhappy I was about the missed delivery date.  They were unapologetic and did not offer to credit part of the charges to my account.  The only thing they did was offer me a coupon good for my next order.  No thanks, I will never again order from this company.  If you are counting on this company to do the right thing, forget it.  Use another floral company.
