FTR Processing, Westbury Ventures,LTS Management Multi Level Scam!!! Henderson Nevada

I had to get a payday loan 2 years ago and defaulted on my loan. My husband was contacted at work by a Law office and said he had an hour to send the money by Money Gram or local law enforcement would be called to come arrest him.

My husband freaked and we instantly went to send the money with no questions. I then received a letter in the mail for the same exact payday loan from a Westbury collection agency and I told them of what happened and the man I spoke with said to fax him a copy of the receipt of the money gram, which I did.

I never heard anything else about this payday loan, until a few days ago, a State Predisposition Services contacted my husband at work. A RED Flag went off and I quickly found all paper work on this loan and they asked me to fax it, but I was unable to fax it so I emailed it. I call them back to verify they received it and surprise, surprise they are having technical difficulties receiving emails.

They then asked me if I can just fax them the receipt which I will do in the morning. But I went online to research all the companies in which we have dealt with and I found that we are not the first to be scammed by the following companies, FTR Processing, Westbury Venture and also LTS Management. We are military and so we are going to our JAG office with all documentation on this matter and will proceed with recommendation from our lawyer.
