Fuccillo VW of Schenectady New York Told us they were paying existing lease on a lemon, then didn't pay it off in full!!! Schenectady New York

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Fuccillo VW agreed to pay off a prior lease for us as negotiation to get us to lease a new vehicle. They did not pay it off in full, and are sticking us with the remaining payments on the prior lease. They waited 3 months to send the bill for the remaining payments. Buyer beware, these guys lie, and will do anything to get new business.

To follow-up this report, after we contacted National Volkswagen Customer Care Service regarding Fuccillo VW of Schenectady, the dealership has agreed to pay the charges in full that we have filed the complaint about.
We are satisfied with the result, and appreciate the professional and timely manner in which Volkswagen USA , and Fuccillo VW of Schenectady resolved this.
