After using a credible company's website, I received notice I had won a free gift.  I NEVER fall for these things, but there were several reviewers who seemed credible and the gifts looked good, so I took the stupid survey so I could win the free gift. Foolish.  After selecting my gift of some fat-burning pill and age-defying cream, I was notified I had to pay a nominal fee for shipping and so my credit card was required.  I should have run away at that point.  Don't know why I did it, but I entered my credit card for the stupid shipping fee.

Then, my free gifts came.  They were smaller than the pictures, of course, and I was disappointed, but I thought I was done.  I figured that the survey and gifts were bogus because a credible company wouldn't offer free gifts requiring a credit card, but I thought we were done -- they had gotten my small shipping fee and I had their small, stupid gifts.

Then, a month later, I received a Cellumis age-defying cream in the mail.  No invoice.  No company name.  No information, other than an address for a "Fulfillment Center."  I immediately knew it was the stupid survey because when I had gone to check out for my free gift, they had offered me this cream and I had checked "No" and then a few more screens offering it had popped up.  So I knew they had slipped me this order and charged my card.  Why, oh why, had I given them my card?  I am usually so scrupulous.

Anyway, I checked my credit card statement to see the damage.  $89.99!  What?  I was super pissed.  I googled the address and saw there are more than 30 companies registered to that address, so it's a factory for scams.  I tried to find more information about the company to contact them, but could find nothing.  I did find this website, though, with other complaints for the address so I am filing  my complaint here and calling my credit card company tomorrow to cancel the charge.

But my fee will be revoked and then what?  These bastards have my credit card.  And they will keep doing it.  I am hoping someone on this site has information about how to report them and stop them.  I was thinking of driving to this fullfillment center to demand my money back, but I always have kids with me and can't make such a trek that could, ultimately, be confrontational.

Pissed off!

They charged my card on three different occasions in the same month! This is for a product called THE PERFECT SERUM.  They offered a free product, I purchased for my mother and they sent a new jar a month later. I specifically checked not sending nay more prodcut just the free trial for $3.99.  They not only charged the $3.99 they also charged the full price of the product 3 times in one month. I hope my credit card company will reimburse me this cost.
