Company supposedly made bookings with Silverlake Resort Orlando but on investigation did not book and then failed to return any monies paid.
The start of this was a phone call saying that I had won a holiday. They sent the free gift once I had paid the membership fee of 568. At least for me the car rental booking fee was returned. That was 641. I chose not to take the cruise or Cancun and opted for 15 days in Orlando I paid a lot of money for the booking and had to arrange my own flights etc.
I am still owed a lot and this whole episode was distressing for my disabled wife. As a minimum this company needs to recompense customers with all the money they have taken. I did confirm with the resort that no booking had been made but they did know of Fulfillment but would not give details of their association or dealing with the company.
