Time 8.15 BST Last night my partner and I were contacted by a company called Fulfillment International Corp, and told that we had won a holdiay of a life time worth $4000.00.

Starting at Orlando for five days then with 4 days on a Cruise! then 5 days in Mexico. (yes it did sound to good to be true)The call lasted for 35-45 minutes with both of us on the phone listening to the girl (who i wont name)banging on about this holiday repeting the days 5-6 times, (i guess to keep the hype up)and we were hooked! and paid the $978.

It wasnt until after the call i decided to get on the internet to look at their website (stupid me they havent got one) but found this site instead. We have made moves to stop the card going through. The company it's self is non contactable! the email address keeps bouncing back! what a shocker eh!! and the contact number that they gave us, that we are suppose to be able to talk to a live person, that isnt so- it is an answer machine telling us to email them???

Who's to blame we all are!! the server AOL who we did the competition through and us for trusting them!!!!!!!!!!! if there is a next time i will check the company out before money is handed over.

Dear Tracy,

You did not respond to any emails that i sent! the only time you responded was when i was able to get through to you via FAX, the following day. All search engines do not recognise your company but do recognise this site!! i wonder why. We have found your responce VERY rude to say the least and not professional in any form.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Fulfillment Corp is institutionalized THIEVERY!

AUTHOR: Fraud Hammer X - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 24, 2003

Yes indeed there is a website for these thieves. Its amateur quality and intentional vagueness should be a warning to all not to deal with these flim-flam men and women. Tracy, did you know that when you look up "Fulfillment International" on Google, there is no mention of your "official" site, just links to reports like this one? What does that tell you?

It is great mirth that we read your understated lines "We have genuine economic reasons why our highly discounted package must be sold on a non-refundable basis." You do have your reasons, as much as FRAUD and THEFT can be termed "genuine".

#1 UPDATE Employee

You purchased a "NON-REFUNDABLE" package

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 23, 2003

Dear James & Maureen Lannigan, All contact information was clearly given to you at the time of sale; including our website address which is www.fulfillcorp.com. So for you to say "stupid me they havent got one" is ludicrous when obviously we do. As for your comment "email address keeps bouncing back," I'm very confused as to why you would write this?! We all know your emails were received and responded to promptly.

Dear Mr. Lannigan,

Please be advised that during this tape-recorded conversation of your purchase with our corporate verifier, Gabriel, you most certainly were
informed that you were purchasing the package on a non-refundable basis. As a matter of fact, because you did not speak up so that you could be heard properly, Gabriel had asked you to repeat your acknowledgement of this fact a couple of different times, until you finally were heard properly.

You were given exact details, inclusions, non-inclusions and all related costs concerning your travel package during the taped verification process. With this knowledge and knowing that you were, indeed, purchasing a non-refundable travel package, you may the conscious decision to purchase it. No one, thousands of miles away from you and over a phone line, could
force you to do so, sir.

We have complied with ALL trading standards, Mr. Lannigan. We employ people who make sure that this is the case. This is why we make sure that during the tape-recorded conversation, the customer is fully informed of what they
are purchasing. Why else would we go to such lengths to ask you all of the endless amount of questions that we do when you purchase? We make sure that there are absolutely no discrepancies in what you're understanding concerning the terms and conditions of the package. You had verbally acknowledged each and every term and condition of the travel package, and in doing such, the purchase was completed.

When you purchased your holiday package, we also guaranteed you that your hotel rooms and ship space will be provided on your chosen dates and set aside the inventory for you and your family. We do offer an additional benefit to the customer by allowing you to change your travel dates at no additional charge so long as you give us at least 90 days advance notice. We take on the responsibility of re-booking the hotel and cruise cabin inventory at our expense. That is why we must sell the holiday package on a non-refundable basis, which, again, was verbally agreed to by you during the tape-recorded conversation of your purchase with our corporate verifier.

We will be happy to assist you with any further questions and look forward to traveling you and your companion in the future. Please feel free to
e-mail our Customer Service Department should you need any further assistance at customercare@fulfillcorp.com. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Accounting Department

To whom it mat concern,
During this taped interview I at no time was told that this was a non-refundable purchase, therefore I would request that my money be refunded as soon as possible by your company. When I came off the phone with your
representitive and started to think about this "amazing" offer and how much I had to pay I realised that I could get this holiday far cheaper from a high street travel agent. You mention that you do not want to create
financial hardship, well I'm sorry but that is exactly what you have done in this case. I have checked flights to Orlando and back from Mexico and this adds approximately 1600 on to the 580 that I have already paid your company. Then I would have to pay the rest of the moneys due to you. I cannot afford this money. As far as I am concerned this FREE holiday is one large SCAM from start to finish. I have informed AOL what they are allowing on thier web site. I
have also contacted my Bank and the trading standards here in the UK about your product.
I would therefore be obliged if you would refunf my money as soon as
humanly possible.

Subject: Travel package

Dear Mr. Lannigan,

We are in receipt of your cancel request via fax. However, as you understood and agreed to in the tape-recorded verification of your purchase, the package is sold on a non-refundable basis. Our company's non-refundable policy is responsible for the fact that our travel package is one of the most deeply discounted holiday purchases available today. We have genuine economic reasons why our highly discounted package must be sold on a non-refundable basis. Our policies are not designed to create financial hardships for any of our customers, rather they are meant to be fun and relaxing for our travelers. It is for this reason that should the allotted travel time of one year in which to use the package become difficult to do, we will offer an extension of one additional year for usage, at no additional charge. We just ask that you request the extension prior to the one year expiration of your holiday package.

Please also keep in mind, as we stated during the tape recorded verification, the package is fully transferable. If you choose to sell it or give it away as a gift to a friend or family member, you may certainly do so. We ask only for the name of the recipient before it's time for them to travel. There is no charge for this service.

We trust that this information will answer the questions you posed. Please feel free to contact us via e-mail with any other correspondence. We look forward to traveling you and your family on our fabulous holiday and cruise. We know you are going to have a wonderful time.

Sincerely,

Accounting Department
Fulfillment International Corporation
