Doug is still a rip-off and goes by many names when speaking to customers. Steve, John and roger to name a few, why not Doug because he's a thief.
Rocky (one of the owners) is still getting employee to say he isn't in. He wants to hold off on customer refunds for months at a time.
Still selling tickets that they don't own(shorts). If they can't make money on these tickets they never had, they will tell the customer at the last hour how they got srewed. What a bunch of thieves!!!
If you are an employee, they make you help them rip people off or they will fire you. In the end you will make no money because they are ripping you of too. Telling you they sold tickets you purchased for nothing even though it was a very hot sold out event. If you ask to see the tickets that were not sold, they will fire you. Then lie to unemployment and say you quit.
