Cancellation not a problem

I have subscribed to Full Card Reports on and off for years. They only accept PayPal as a form of payment.
When you subscribe to FCR and authorize payment via PayPal you are actualling setting up within your PayPal account an ongoing subscription payment which auto-renews every month, quarter or annually.
To cancel all you have to do is log into PayPal find your prior payment and click on it. There should be a box indicating a subscription and you can then find and follow the cancellation link which will prevent further charges via PayPal.
Hope this helps.

The manager of the website was reportedly in a very serious car accident last month. The site had trouble putting up their data on many days. I have never had a problem dealing with FCR and would imagine your problems stem from this accident. I would urge you to keep corresponding.

The web manager of FCR is John Moore. He was recently involved in an automobile accident and has not been available. Aggravating yourself by sending daily emails is alot like enjoying self-flagellation. If you really enjoy it, why don't you start emailing hourly. That will really help your blood pressure.
Apparently, no one else is tasked with reviewing his emails when he is not available. Again, I suggest a snail mail approach. Also, notify PayPal to discontinue paying FCR.

The manager of FCR was recently involved in a car accident. The remaining staff appears to have all it can do to keep up with the basics. I sent an email enquiry as to where to send a get well card and to alert them to missing track information on several occasions. I received no response from any of the emails.
My suggestion is to send them a snail mail return receipt requested and don't use the site. Request a refund of the appropriated sum.
