Full Tilt Poker F Is A Scam The Wont Pay me my money Internet

I have been playing on full tilt for a few years. I have put money on there quite a few times. I recently won over 3000 dollars, when I tried to cash out 2000 dollars of the money, (by check by the way) They closed my account and told me I had multiple accounts. Full tilt and I have went through this before I never use the old account, I never make deposits with the old account. So now the left the old account open with no funds on it and closed the one that had over 3000 dollars on it.
Last time this happened they were supposed to close the other account.

I have emailed them more then 15 times only to get an auto response. There is no phone number to talk to anyone.

Honestly, I enjoy the site. and want the matter resolved, but if they don' get in contact with me I have no other choice but to file a report.

Please help if you can.
