I cannot get a hold of anyone except 1 guy who goes by the name kevin A., which I doubt is his real name, and can only get a hold of him via email. I have sent over 30 emails and only received 4 emails back. The money in my account I cannot get back, no bonuses were paid, which is the least of my worries. They refuse to give out any information (phone numbers, address, ect), the 4 emails I did get back from them were basically vague, pointless, and of no help. Things like "sorry to have you upset" or "We will have to do an inquiry on the matter" ect... There is no guidelines to when they have to get back to me, from everything I have read 10 years to get back to me is just as good as within a week. After doing further investigations, this and much worse has become common for the site. When I asked them to please give me information on whats going on, I get nothing. No responses! Then I sent over a dozen emails within an hour demanding a response, I also wanted to close my account, and I wanted some type of assurance that my bank account info would be deleted or at best kept safe. The last email I received from them, they stated they do not delete account information, and they will not give me any such assurance to what may or may not happen to my account. They have the right to terminate your account if they see fit, a simple excuse that they believe you may have 2 accounts is good enough to close your account and keep your balance. Since all this, I went back on the site to simply warn people in the chat and got all of 5 messages out before they shut off my chat for who knows how long, perhaps forever. I called "tilt pay" the billing department of Full tilt, and I was amazed with the lack of customer service. The first guy I talked to told me tilt pay is in no way associated with full tilt, they are a billing company. They do billing work for several companies. At that point I had no reason to not agree, until I was put on hold for 17 mins and the entire time all I heard were Full tilt commercials.

While on hold I did a quick search on Tilt Pay to find out the guy was lying to me. When I told him I knew he lied, I asked for his name to report him, and he told me he forgot it. This had my blood boiling, so I snapped a little, just to get his attention. I demanded to know his name and to speak with a manager. He said and I will quote to the best of my ability: "umm, uhh mm my name, my name is jim smith" Bogus!!! The guy barely spoke english, though I don't know for sure but I would guess he's about the only "smith" from India or at least near India. So I hung up, and called again, got a girl this time with much better english, she was nice but no help at all. She refused to transfer me to a manager, she would not tell me her name so I could report it. 40+ minutes later of me demanding to talk to someone else, I finally got her to transfer my call to a manager. That manager told me she would look into my matter and get back to me within 8 hours.

Well, its been about a couple hundred hours now, I got no responses. I decided to call again, got hung up on, called again, was put on hold, after 5-7 minutes, I was hung up on again. There is money that is mine, not bonus money, I didn't get a red cent of bonus money, my money that I cannot get out PERIOD. I filed a complaint with Kahnawake Gaming Commission, so I guess I will wait some more and see what they say.

Please, not for anyone's sake but your own, stay away from Full Tilt Poker. Take my word for it only do business with a company who doesn't hide behind the mask of the internet. There is no information out there for phone numbers. They only use emails, so they only get back to you when they feel like it, even if it's a few hundred hours and counting...

Full Tilt Poker & KGC Update

AUTHOR: Goldrush - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 21, 2009

Just got a report from KGC (Kahnawake Gaming Commission) after my full and complete complaint, I was told by them to go onto FTP's site and read essays about how fair they are, written by the owners/co-owners or from pro's they hire to do so. What a waste of time. How stupid is that?? They answered nothing that was in my complaint, at all. Fairness I want, but I don't want to be educated about fairness by the scammers on FTP. I do not know who or what KGC is, but by the way they responded to my situation, I would have to say they are as bad or worse then FTP. They are FTP's only oversight, and when I complain I am told to go on full tilt poker's site and educate myself about how fair they are. I've had it with both of them. Full tilt poker will not answer my questions about "bots" and how often they use them, they refuse to answer and I was told they will not "further discuss the matter".

I have asked them between 10-20 times about their software, and if they allow computer generated players to play at tables like and with other human players, and they "will not discuss it with me." When I ask KGC, they ignore it, and not even mention it. This has to be one of the biggest scams on the net. People are playing online thinking they are playing humans and it's computer bots acting as humans. Those bots win, FTP gets paid, they lose FTP loses money, which do you think happens?

That wasn't even the main part of my complaint, that's just something new that had me boiling... I wonder if that's fine... Shouldn't they have to warn players that they could be playing against a computer player who, by the way, could be flawless. My main complaint is that I cannot get my money out of there, it's trapped. I was told I could deposit more money into FTP's account and then try then, Who's that stupid? I can't get my money out now so try to deposit more and see? That's about the most retarded thing I have ever heard.

Anyways, stay away from FTP!!! You simply do not have a fair shake, read the 10's of thousands of people all over the net about how they were scammed by FTP. I asked KGC to give me the contact info for who ever has oversight over them. We will see, and I will keep everyone updated. If this saves just a few people from FTP then its worth the few minutes to write...

PS From my first complaint things have changed, "Kevin A", stopped sending emails, and now I get emails from "Keith A"... What a load of you know what... Still can't get a phone number or address or anything not even real names...

INTERNET GAMBLING IS JUST TOO EASY TO FIX & RIP-OFF!

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 19, 2009

TO ME, AN HONEST POKER GAME WAS WHAT MY DAD AND HIS CRONIES DID ON SATURDAY NIGHT SITTING AT THE TABLE WHERE YOU COULD SEE YOUR OPPONENTS AND HAVE A FRIENDLY COLD BEER AND EAT SANDWICHES AND SNACKS WHICH I WOULD WORK ON PREPARING THURSDAY.

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHO IN HELL IS AT THE OTHER END OF THAT COMPUTER TERMINAL OR THAT THERE IS EVEN A REAL GAME AND NOT A BOT?

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU EVEN HAVE FAIR ODDS?

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT THE GAME IS EVEN FAIR?

ALL YOU KNOW IS THAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT A COMPUTER SCREEN AND WHO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON THE OTHER SIDE????

WHICH IS WHY I WOULDN'T EVEN CONSIDER PLAYING A GAMBLING GAME OF ANY KIND ON THE INTERNET

ANY MORE THAN I WOULD PUT MY PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET OR MAKE AN ORDER ON THE INTERNET FOR MERCHANDISE....

ALL I USE THIS FOR IS RESEARCH...AND TO POST THE MANY,MANY RIP OFFS i ENCOUNTER IN MY E-MAIL!
