Fullfillment Misleading Davie Florida

I ordered my 14 day free trial sample of Acai Berry tablets after reading the return policy carefully. I realized that if I hadn't called them within the 14 days to cancel, they would charge the 31 day supply to my credit card. This I was in full agreement with. What actually happened was that I did not get a 14 day free trial......I called to cancel the day the tablets arrived because the ship date was October 24 and I received them October 31st - 8 of my 14 days had already passed!!

Upon cancelling I was informed that the 31 day supply had already been charged to my credit card and they had been shipped! I was informed that the 14 day trial started from the date the order was taken, which was October 9th.....but they weren't shipped until the 24th. This means that my 14 day free trial had already expired two days before they shipped them out!!

My question is, where is the 14 day free trial and where is the chance to cancel within that time if they are not even on their way until after the cancellation time has expired??? I will certainly write to this company as when I explained to the person on the other end of the phone that they hadn't shipped until the 14 days had passed, they told me they are only the phone service and could now cancel, but that I would have to accept the order.

I may have kept ordering the product, or I may have found that they were not what they promised to be, I just can't see this company succeeding in the long term if this is the way they conduct business. In the short term, I'm sure that the $89.00 they collect from people before they can cancel will add up to be a tindy sum at the end of the day. I don't consider this company to be a reputable one and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
