They sold a brand new PSP3000 that can't even be registered in the United States and that product was loaded with games on a memory stick.  Those games will not open at all. A message comes up when you try to play them saying " This content cannot be accessed on your account."  It was Sony themselves that informed me the PSP3000 couldn't be registered in the United States.  It was also informed to me that the games were probably not legal and that is why it is saying they can't be accessed on the PSP3000.  Then Fully Loaded Electronics also informed me they do not warrant the memory stick that is loaded with the games.  What?  That is why you choose to buy the electronics from them because they advertise them to come loaded.  I never read in anything from them that they don't warrant that part.  They have taken my money and refuse to replace the unit with a new one.  They want me to pay to have the PSP3000 shipped back to them and than after they look at it and make the decision that I'm not the one that broke it they will give me a full refund.  What kind of deal is that?  It sounds like I'll be out of my money and the product.  I'm just asking for them to back up what they sale and what they say you will get.  I don't believe this company to be trust worthy and I would advice against buying from a company that doesn't back up what they sale.  This sounds like total fraud to me and even the people at Sony were not happen to hear about what this company was doing.

Ask your card issuer what steps to take

AUTHOR: voiceofreason - (United States of America)

Ask your credit card issuer what steps to take, that you want to charge the order back.
They'll obviously expect you to return everything in order to consider that, so ask them if they'll back you given that the site will likely either reject the return or try to impose a big restock fee.
Emphasize to the card issuer that what was sent to you were gray market goods not intended for use here, with unusable software.
Unfortunately, you will be out return shipping, but make sure you insure it and pay for tracking/signature.

Fully Loaded Electronics site isn't even given a green light by my secure site monitoring, so I wouldn't even go on it for fear of getting viruses (It shows a question mark, not a red flag, so it could be safe, but has not been verified, which would be very rare for a valid ecommerce site, indicating they could be flight of night).

The BBB only has a file on them since 2/2011.

Since they have a B average, they may well respond if you complain to the BBB about this, and perhaps they'll agree to issue a call tag to save you return shipping, but you have to open the dispute with your card issuer now.
