Christine Alexander claimed she filed with the Board of Labor in early March (7 months ago!). Still nothing happened! The Halleck's states honestly that she has never been an employee and that her husband Bruce tried to extort money by threatening to do exactly what they did (slander with lies on the internet) if they didn't receive money.

The Halleck's contacted an Attorney and the Board of Labor! The Board of Labor doesnt even have a "false claim" by the Alexanders. If anyone has the where about of the Alexander's, just post the City and State of where they are hiding now, since several agencies are looking for them.

When anyone tries to extort money and falsely states, they filed a claim with a Government Office ( Board of Labor) to try to establish credibility, it is a criminal offense. She has falsely stated, she filed with the Board of Labor on this site and also on squeeky wheel website. The Halleck's Attorney is trying to locate them to file charges also. My suggestion is that the Alexander's admit that Christine Alexander has never been an employee , that she had never file any claims with any agencies and also apologize and state that she also lied when she personally attacked the Hallecks. I feel so bad for the Hallecks. They are such good people and to see innocent people spend time and money for an Attorney to prove they are innocent is very sad.

I do not personally know the Alexanders, but I hope they contact an Attorney because he will tell her to retract the lies. As you see when you submit a file or rebuttal, that the State of Arizona has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the post you submit. I know the Halleck's are good Christian folks and in my opinion, they do not want to seek revenge but only to have an apology and the false information be removed.

I agree, I find it rather disturbing how anyone can write slanderous lies about people on the internet, just as your "friends" have done to us, but it is slowly working it's self out. I have obtained, by the Lake Havasu City Court an Injunction Against harassment against Rod Halleck and Christine Halleck's and their lies are SLOWLY being removed, thanks to my Lawyer. All of their crazy false statements were completely removed from another internet forum.. JUSTICE MY FRIEND! And it's just the beginning! Everyone finds it strange that since putting his (Rod Halleck) name to slanderous comments that he posted on the internet, that all of a sudden the Halleck's have "friends" such as yourself come to their defense! If you had a valid complaint, why are you not posting a copy of your paycheck? They are saying that you are writing lies, extorting money and you were never an employee. I am a business owner in Lake Havasu for 8 years. I have known Christine Halleck personally for 6 years, and heard nothing bad about Rod. What I have read has compelled me to write this post. I can't believe how anyone can get away with posting lies all over the internet. There was a couple of things, beside the blatant lies on the personal level, but also there are bogus claims against the company that does not ring true either.

First, you claim that RGH had violated a Federal and/or State Do Not Call law back in 2006. If this was true, it would be reported on the Better Business Bureau. Any violations or complaints are reported in 90 days on the BBB. This is a fact and everyone knows it! Also, you say that you have filed a claim with the Labor Board in Arizona. It is May, and you claim this happened to you in February!

In the state of Arizona, the response of a complaint or a violation against a company is 60 days. So what happen to your claim? Obviously, there is none. Brenda has asked you to show a copy of your paycheck as proof, and your response, is with more vulgar lies. I spoke to a couple of girls today, who work at the office and they were telling me about this site, and all the lies you are writing. They are so upset and mad, but it is nice to see people coming to my friend's defense.

I know this is rather difficult for a welfare monger such as yourself to understand since you are happy with making MAYBE $500.00 a week, but since you are getting paid under the table by Fun Tours (Rod and Christine Halleck) you are happy with it! And don't try to say you aren't getting paid under the table, because Rod already said he hires people "As independent contractors", That's a fancy loophole term for UNDER THE TABLE! But never mind that for now...

Let me attempt to explain this to you, not that it's any of your d**n business in the first place.... I wasn't paid anything for actually handing out the fliers, what I got paid for was when the folks called in from the fliers I handed out, and scheduled to sit for a presentation. For everyone that showed up, I was paid $50.00 and when Dena was handing out fliers too, for every person she got to go in, I received an additional $10.00. (We handed out the same fliers so Dena had to punch a hole in the edge of her cards so we could tell the difference and get paid when people showed up) After Dena quit, Rod upped it to straight out $60.00 per tour.

So let's do some math, I'm assuming you know how to right? So if my check was $1,800 that week, 1,800 divided by 60 is 30, that's means 30 of my people showed up. Are you following so far? Now, on average when I would hit a town, I would hand out anywhere from 1,500 to 2,000 fliers. (WOW that's a lot of witnesses don't you think?) Of course I had MANY more people who scheduled and didn't show or people who just didn't qualify, but for everyone that showed, Bob, also received $50.00 for answering the phone and taking their information. Plus I was paid $100 per week for gas, which Rod paid me in cash. Hell one day Rod even let me use his vehicle because I could not use my vehicle, Bruce needed it. Rod let me use his White Ford Explorer to go to Kingman AZ to hand them out, Melenda knows about that too since I gave her the keys that night when I returned, as does Bob. Why would he give his car and 2,000 fliers to someone who doesn't work for him? Hmmmm?? Do you think I handed out all those fliers out of the kindness of my heart? Get real! $1,800 may sound like a lot to you, but if Rod wasn't getting any response from these fliers, why would he continue paying to have them printed and shipped from FL. Which costs him $1,500 to do. Why, you ask, would he do that, why would he pay me $60.00 per tour, $100 a week for gas, and $1,500 to have them printed? Because it was working and he was making ALOT of money from me doing this. If he was to buy a tour, the cost is anywhere from $250 to $400 per tour. So he was saving a ton of money by doing this. But I don't expect you to understand how this works because you don't know s**t about this business!

Just because you didn't see me in the office sitting next to you doesn't mean I didn't work for the company, I didn't work in the office! And besides they also said Bruce didn't do anything other than hand out fliers (which he never did in the first place), you know that's a lie because you worked with him! And if anyone is jealous, it is you because Bruce booked more tours in two hours than you do in a whole week! I sure hope you can continue to work for the Halleck's because any other company would laugh at your pathetic booking average! You'd never get a job working for another travel club because you can't produce!

Well that's because the tours who called in from the flier program after I quit, were divided up to the people in the phone room! You haven't, nor will you ever do that well again. WAKE UP! I've never questioned Christine (or Angie's) mothering skills, lets hope Christine can do something right! Thankfully Christine leaves the children's education in the hands of the school system because her grammar is horrible! Oh and by the way, Christine was a stripper! I'm sure she's not proud of that fact but it's to d**n bad! Sorry to have cast a cloud in front of your sunshine, but there are plenty things you don't know about the Halleck's! On 2/13/07 the first slander file report was written by a " Chris" NOT AS AN EX-EMPLOYEE or ANYTHING of that nature. It under as "whistle blower" hmmmm. ITS REALLY CHRISTINE ALEXANDER Sooner or later when you say so many lies, you will slip up.

The next fake FILE REPORT on 2/17/07 come out, 4 days later by a "fake name" too. Hmmm and then BOTH files was REBUTTED with the truth, stating it was the Alexanders' writing the fake complaints. few days later a "PAT and "JOseph" responded, and wait and both knew the Alexanders.

Now here the clincher. the last long post that was submitted under the FAKE FILE REPORT 2/13/07 supposely explaining how the Alexanders have been the "victims", slandering Fun Tours, the Hallecks and the Wannyns, and doing it thru out this site and all the "details" explained from the outrage Christine Alexander.

I am an employee of Fun Tours for over a year, and I must say this is a disgrace what these people are saying. Along with this statement I have submitted the copies of the restraining orders that were granted against the Halleck's.

Neither Bruce or myself is wanted in Las Vegas. Detective Owens, from the LVPD needed a statement from Bruce. Bruce and another individual opened a business together in LV, they butted heads, Bruce was bought out of his share. The Halleck's fail to include the fact that Bruce was part owner, not just an employee for the company. And again, we have the business license's to prove this. The business was burglarized and they believe it was an inside job having to do with our former business partner and/or others he hired, Detective Owens is investigating and had some questions for us.

End of story, there are no warrants in Las Vegas for Bruce and readers are more than welcomed to verify this, as it only holds more credibility to us and shows the lengths Mr. and Mrs. Halleck will go through to slander us.

As for the bowling alley incident, I was the one arrested. It has nothing to do with a drunken brawl as the Halleck's so ignorantly stated. In fact my husband Bruce does not drink. My 6 year old was not strong enough to roll the ball all the way down the alley and the ball would sometimes come to a complete stop. So one of my other children would roll another ball down to push it out of the way.

It happened 2 times, the last being as we were getting ready to leave. A very young and cocky security guard (His uncle owns the security company) got in front of us as we were leaving and started screaming at us, telling us we need to come get someone to retrieve the ball, not roll another down to knock it out of the way, that he warned us earlier that night, that my son was banned from the alley and he needed his information, then he attempted to put handcuffs on my minor child, when I stepped in between them and asked him what the hell he was doing, he shoved me and I shoved him back.

For this, I was arrested for the lowest count of assault, I pled guilty because I did shove the guy, and when it comes to my children, I'd do it again in a heartbeat! I was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine.

Please take note of the NON-REFUNDABLE at the end, just goes to show they are a bunch of liars and they lie so d**n much they can't remember them all! But I'm sure now that I've called them on this they will hurry back to their web site and change the info!

If need be, I will submit other documents to disprove any other allegations. The Halleck's are liars, cheats, and thieves. I have filed with the labor board, but if you've ever had the misfortune of filing with them, you know it take MONTHS to resolve, and even when they (Hallecks) are ordered to pay what is owed to me they can still appeal it, I'll probably never get what I am owed but at this point it's not about the money, it's the principal. I'll have my day(s) in court against them. I will be adding another law suit against Mr. Halleck now that he has placed his name to another slander against us, that was extremely stupid on his part, he should have kept them under fake names. Mr. and Mrs. Halleck should really think before they write these type of lies about someone! Especially when they know d**n well they are false and that they could easily be discredited. I suppose the Halleck's didn't count on me submitting documents! In essence, what they just did was prove to everyone that they are liars. So really, they've screwed themselves!

The Hallecks are no longer running their Travel Club (Fun Tours RGH Enterprise) in Lake Havasu City AZ. They have moved their scam to St. George Utah. They will rape and pillage the residents of St. George and then move on to another area. That's just the way it is. They have a history of doing this. It is my hope that one day they will get shut down for good. As you can see they have plastered my name, as well as my husbands good name all over the internet spreading false accusations, WHICH IS JUST ANOTHER BLOW TO US ON TOP OF GETTING GETTING RIPPED OFF BY THEM! But just the fact that I have submitted evidence to prove they lied about not having a restraining order against them and that they have moved their scamming business to another state already, is enough to show everyone their true colors. My husband has been in the timeshare business for over a decade and there has NEVER been, not one, complaint against him until these false reports written by the Halleck's. I hope I have shed some light in this matter and cleared up some of the nonsense they have been saying. Personal attacks on an individual should not be allowed to be posted just because their company has complaints. The Halleck's have a lot more enemies than they think and they are rather vain to believe I am behind all the posts, including the ones posted about them back in 2006, before I even knew them! But until they are shut down permanently the complaints will continue to come in from people getting ripped off by them. The way they are behaving is outrageous, and their business practices are run in the same manner. It's a shame........

I will post again when I get this resolved to let everyone know how it turns out. I have mounds of evidence and witnesses galore, but most importantly, I AM TELLING THE TRUTH, and truth always prevails!

As you know when you write a new file on a company, here on RIPOFFREPORT.COM you get an email when anyone writes a comment/rebuttal under your file. This email only goes to the orginal author! WOW, how strange that the so-call customer, and the people who comment know the ALEXANDERS!

I've said this once and I'll say it as many times as need be, until people understand this!

TRAVEL CLUBS ARE SCAMS and they are opened by con artists. Because they don't own any inventory (like legitimate timeshare companies do) they move into an area, rent an office space, burn hard working people and consumers out of their money and then when the heat is on, they close down and move to another spot. This is why the Halleck's have the reputation that they do, they've run marketing and travel club's in Montana (which state their vehicle's are still registered in, even though they live in Arizona) Utah, Nevada, Arizona and many other states. They were employees of William (Bill) Bailey and everyone knows his reputation. If not please just do a search on the net of his name!

As for the Alexander's, Bruce is a hard working, honest, non-smoker and non-drinker, Bruce and his wife have been happily married for 18 years, and they have 4 wonderful sons. Mr. Alexander has an outstanding reputation in the timeshare community, he has a successful POSITIVE 10+ year history, working for REPUTALABLE TIMESHARE COMPANIES, these are companies that require drug testing and background checks in order to work for them! Something Christine and Rodney Halleck and some of their employees could never pass! THAT IS WHY THERE IS A SUCH THING AS TRAVEL CLUB!

In most states to sell timeshare you need a real estate licence (or something similar to it), but these "travel clubs" backdoor it in because they aren't selling anything other than a bunch of words, all you get is a book to look at and hope the places really exist. In time, as more and more consumers complain I'm sure the laws will change and not allow these type of scam artist, or travel club, to go without some sort of licensing, and when the laws change, travel club will be history. They are scam artists, with criminal histories. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" and until consumers wake up and realize this, folks like the Halleck's will always have business!


There are negative reports all over the net and I have yet to find one written by the Alexander's about Christine Halleck and Rod Halleck, owners of Fun Tours AKA RGH Enterprises, how they slander the Alexander's just shows everyone how pathetically immature they are! "Honest" is actually Rod and Christine Halleck that own and operate RGH Enterprises. The same RGH Enterprises that runs a telemarketing room that has called these very same customers to come to a presentation, many of whom felt misrepresented by RGH's telemarketers. Rod Halleck was a partner in the Beachcombers transactions. He was fired from his position with Beachcombers Vacations after it was discovered that he was violating the "Federal Trade Commission Do Not Call List" with Beachcombers. A clause in his contract with Beachcombers allowed for penalties for misrepersentation and violations of the DNC. When such penalties were put into effect they resorted to slanderous comments and e-mails about Beachcombers Vacations and Castaways Vacations including erroneous contact information on both companies. If anyone has been called by RGH Enterprises and you are on the National Do Not Call List, please call your local authorities to stop this from happening. They are currently being investigated by the Federal Trade Commissions. Companies like RGH Enterprises are what give other companies a bad name.

Christine, thankfully phone records CAN BE PULLED UP! And when they are they will find that Rodney Halleck has been in violation of a restraining order that was and still is, in effect. Issued by the Lake Havasu Court against him and his wife, because he and his wife Christine (you?) were harassing and threatening the Alexander's, including their 4 children. The Alexander's only fault was to 1) work for a travel club, They know better! and 2) not check into the Halleck's history! As far as the Alexander's being "wanted" that's a bunch of BS!

If someone wanted to talk to either of them they've had the SAME cell phone number for the past 5 years! Why a detective would call you and not the person they are supposedly looking for just shows the writer (Christine) is full of lies! RGH/Fun Tours, owes the Alexander's over $3,000, which is being pursued LEGALLY through the labor board. There has always been only ONE number that the Alexander's asked for and that is because it is rightfully owed to them for the work they did at Fun Tours. All the clients that Bruce and Christine spoke to while working for Fun Tours will, I'm sure, be a witness, they were all given his cell phone number when they talked with Bruce because that's the type of man he is, HONEST! He stays in contact with everyone he sits with! And for the record, I wouldn't consider Fun Tours a "family business" no family, it's only Rod and His wife Christine, (who, as I've been told is an ex stripper and we all know how honest strippers are!) They've been married for less than a year!

I've said this in another post but felt it was important to add in this too as it show's what type of people the Halleck's really are. As for this damaged "company vehicle" (if that's what you want to call a 29' personal travel trailer) even though the Halleck's were at fault for NOT CARRYING ANY INSURANCE ON THIS VEHICLE WHICH IN MANDATORY BY LAW, The Alexander's fixed the damage and have picture's to prove this. Even going above and beyond by installing a hardwood floor in the RV, and was never paid for doing any of this!

There are no complaints on the BBB YET! (Fun Tours is a newly opened company and there seems to be a lot of reports about them filed everywhere else!) And I'm sure the reason there hasn't been any complains filed through the BBB is because you refunded the monies to the people you ripped off! And lets not forget Fun Tours has only been around for a few months, we're not talking years here people! I'm sure any lawsuit's the Alexander's have against you and your company will be successful, especially if they present the courts with all the slander you've written on the internet against them! But it doesn't matter to people like the you (Halleck's) they will just pack up and start another "Travel Club" elsewhere, because they are allowed to get away with it and there is never a shortage of people trying to save a buck by purchasing travel club!

As for the gift, I have no idea if they really work or not, but I wouldn't trust it! We don't give that garbage to our clients!

I think anyone reading this should take Christine up on the offer and call Fun Tours, tell them to pay the people who make them money! Tell them to stop slandering the Alexander's and pay them what is rightfully owed to them. Tell them to stop ripping off the community. And if you happen to be a resident of Lake Havasu, tell them to pack their bags and move, although that is inevitable because they end up doing that anyway! The Halleck's and their company don't think the laws and rules apply to them!

What pure nonsense! This is written by Bruce Alexander and his wife Christine Alexander. They are wanted by the police! If Fun Tours didnt pay their employees, the Labor Board would be on them very quickly! Bruce Alexander was an Independent Contractor for a very short time. Within that time he had taken several advances against future earnings. Fun Tours let him go for several reasons; the final one was that Bruce, his wife, and his 16 year old son got arrested in at the Bowling Alley for a drunken brawl! They think they can spread lies and even threaten bodily harm. They are now spreading lies on the internet. If Fun Tours pays them 10k they will stop. They know reputation, and word of mouth is everything. Fun Tours has a restraining order against them for harassing and trying to extort money! They are liars and thiefs.
